My official head cannon is MW1-3 and BO1-2. That's where the series of these games ended. BO3, 4, and Cold War are something else as well as that prequel MW game they did. They are not connected in any way and will never be period.

It was a sendoff for me too. Because i decided to jump off the bandwagon at this game. It felt right. Ans CoDs were getting stale. I recently picked up MW-R for free. Boy it feels good to play again, but i need the freedom of choice BO2 had.

I never knew why there was a zombie there was it supposed to be some sort of Easter egg or it predicted that during the song someone got infected and that's how it started the Z apocalypse but remember if you play music in black ops 1 zombies stay still and do a head waving motion that why it's standing still that means ITS ALL CONNECTED ( or I'm just dumb)
Black Ops 3 (or the zombies atleast) definetely had the most passion and love behind it for me. I mean they released a 5th DLC, something which has never happened before and got regularly updated up to Black Ops 4's release.
The last really good call of duty was Black Ops 2 in my opinion. Up until the release of the remake of Modern Warfare there hasn't really been a good cod. I did enjoy black ops 4 but it didn't bring nearly enough of a spark to reinvigorate the franchise.
Plot twist: Everyone's attending a Avenged Sevenfold concert in the afterlife because Menendez's Celerium Worm caused a nuclear war between nations and which devastated everyone on Earth. But, everyone forgave each other since they're all dead and are now just vibing for the rest of eternity

No bullshit this is my favourite music video ever. My favourite band in my favourite videogame of all time. I wish games would go back to these passion projects. Treyarch loved these guys and Avenged Sevenfold loved Call of Duty. They would be playing gamebattle tournaments as far back as MW2 and do competitive sniping. Im forever grateful i got to grow up in this era of gaming.

My official head cannon is MW1-3 and BO1-2. That's where the series of these games ended. BO3, 4, and Cold War are something else as well as that prequel MW game they did. They are not connected in any way and will never be period.
I think it’s basically. MW-MW3 is it’s own universe, WaW-BO2 Is the original Treyarch timeline, WaW-BO4 is a slightly different version of the original Treyarch timeline. And WaW-MW22 is the new timeline created after the events of Aether Zombies story. The unaligned cod games have no correlation

In a way, this song at the end of BO2, was perfect, the end of an era, the golden age of COD. It was downhill from here, so to have this as a sendoff to the golden age, fantastic.

I recently picked up MW-R for free. Boy it feels good to play again, but i need the freedom of choice BO2 had.
This game was the end of the black ops storyline too so it’s a great send off for the story. Fun Easter egg to wrap up the series.

Black Ops 3 (or the zombies atleast) definetely had the most passion and love behind it for me. I mean they released a 5th DLC, something which has never happened before and got regularly updated up to Black Ops 4's release.

The last really good call of duty was Black Ops 2 in my opinion. Up until the release of the remake of Modern Warfare there hasn't really been a good cod. I did enjoy black ops 4 but it didn't bring nearly enough of a spark to reinvigorate the franchise.

No bullshit this is my favourite music video ever. My favourite band in my favourite videogame of all time. I wish games would go back to these passion projects. Treyarch loved these guys and Avenged Sevenfold loved Call of Duty. They would be playing gamebattle tournaments as far back as MW2 and do competitive sniping. Im forever grateful i got to grow up in this era of gaming.
