I wonder if Dave is trying to outlast Metallica, Megadeth are far superior in my opinion, I really want Metallica to retire first for Dave’s sake so he can have a win under his belt always in the Metallica shadow
Let it go, it is a 40 year old argument that has pretty much been settled between the bands. Dave/Megadeth is still producing quality albums and tour because they WANT to.
@@KlaustheViking Only Dave could truly answer that question. He talked about how Metallica supposedly "held him back" all these years a few months ago. I like both bands honestly. But perception is in the eye of the beholder on Dave's end. If that's how he truly feels, then I hope that one day he'll let the resentment go for his own peace of mind.
Dave (the singer and rhythm) wrote the song and riff, dave was kicked from Metallica and kept his work and many other songs/riffs in their earlier songs, this is all common knowledge
Yea more like another stolen riff from James Dave told him not to steal his music and three albums deep into their career they were still ripping him off
Dave could have broken all his strings and smashed his guitar and it would sound heavier than anything MetalliCRAP has released since 1990. One shit shingle after another. Even the new 72 Seasons album would have sounded better deleted. Megadeth has it's lackluster albums, Risk and Super Collider. But they still sound better than the shadow of what was Metallica.
Why do you talk about Metallica if you hate them? I hate liver but I don't go around eating it just to say how much I hate it and how bad it is. I just don't eat it lol. Get over it dude.
I was telling my friend exactly the same he ask if I listening the 72 season i tell him no I back at him when I do and I did I tell him dude wtfk is that same boring crap is just like one long song metallica is the shadow of what use to be
I know its Dave's song but we all know why he plays it at pretty much every gig 🙄just in case you didn't know. Literally 40 years later and still can't let it go.
I don't think it's ignored. Most Megadeth fans (including myself) don't listen for Dave's vocals. A lot of us are aspiring musicians and really appreciate some of the complexity of Megadeth's songs. Besides, Dave's voice has been shot for awhile, the throat cancer didn't help either but he's trudging on. No reason for hate, brother.
I don't think so. First, Dave is getting old, and he has to save his voice after being sick. Secondly, I don't think that the level of singing in relation to the albums differs from other musicians after so many years on the stage.
His voice is definitely improving slightly.
I wouldn’t say improved. Maintaining* finely

Withered in every place
Pestilence, for what you have had to endure
And what you have put others through
Death, deliverance for you for sure
There is nothing you can do
So gather round young warriors now
And saddle up your steeds
Killing scores with demon swords
Now is the death of doers of wrong
Swing the judgment hammer down
Safely inside armor blood guts and sweat

his voice is gone
Wrong
No, it’s just his higher range that’s gone, not his whole voice.
better drumming than lars, but is that saying much
lol nope i cant think of a single drummer thats worse than Lars and this is coming from someone who loves metallica (me)
i am big metallica fan, and i have to say that lars is bad drummer
He’s not a bad drummer, he’s just not the most technically skilled, that’s all
Gar is better than all
@@Jaytherocker608 He isn't technically skilled, and also bad.
I wonder if Dave is trying to outlast Metallica, Megadeth are far superior in my opinion, I really want Metallica to retire first for Dave’s sake so he can have a win under his belt always in the Metallica shadow
You think Dave really still feels that way being at his age?
Let it go, it is a 40 year old argument that has pretty much been settled between the bands. Dave/Megadeth is still producing quality albums and tour because they WANT to.
@@KlaustheViking Only Dave could truly answer that question. He talked about how Metallica supposedly "held him back" all these years a few months ago. I like both bands honestly. But perception is in the eye of the beholder on Dave's end. If that's how he truly feels, then I hope that one day he'll let the resentment go for his own peace of mind.
Flashing lights and flashing screens don't make the show any better, that shit is so overdone
Lmao this shit fucken rocks, get outta here go listen to some nickleback
They got to give the crowd something to look at besides Dave's stiff ass
Dude your crazy, it’s balzing
dave’s a legend, yall some 🤡🤡
@@deezz_z Right lmao how are you telling everyone that this shit is overdone. This shit is the only thing keepin the 80's alive man
This song not mechanic !!!!!
This is song is " The Four Horsemen "
No its not. Don't you hear the lyrics for one are not the same at all from Four Horsemen ? th-cam.com/video/GmraiHm_0fU/w-d-xo.html
Dave (the singer and rhythm) wrote the song and riff, dave was kicked from Metallica and kept his work and many other songs/riffs in their earlier songs, this is all common knowledge
let the war begin :D
The four horsemen 😒
More like the slow horsemen lmfao
Yea more like another stolen riff from James Dave told him not to steal his music and three albums deep into their career they were still ripping him off
It's The MECHANIX, Dave wrote it first in his post Metallica band "Panic"
@@shrekfatherpoops7148 Pre-Metallica but yes, accurate.
@@ObsidianLife Well yes, it's the same
Dave could have broken all his strings and smashed his guitar and it would sound heavier than anything MetalliCRAP has released since 1990. One shit shingle after another. Even the new 72 Seasons album would have sounded better deleted. Megadeth has it's lackluster albums, Risk and Super Collider. But they still sound better than the shadow of what was Metallica.
why do you hate metallica so much, without them thrash wouldnt be nearly as good as it is
You don't what Death Magnetic is
Zzz...
They don’t actually play this song very often
They don’t and it’s one of the first songs Dave ever wrote. Metallica still plays Hit the Lights don’t they? Why can’t Dave play Mechanix?
He doesn't play it at every gig. This is the first time in a long while I've seen him do a live version.
He plays it cause it's an awesome fucking song
Mechanix > The Four Horsemen .
I Iike how everyone ignores megadeth shit vocals especially live god damn
I don't think it's ignored. Most Megadeth fans (including myself) don't listen for Dave's vocals. A lot of us are aspiring musicians and really appreciate some of the complexity of Megadeth's songs. Besides, Dave's voice has been shot for awhile, the throat cancer didn't help either but he's trudging on. No reason for hate, brother.
They have a bunch of live albums and stuff that get overdubbed too
@@fullautomatic555 "a bunch of live albums that get overdubbed." where? Where are all these live dubbed albums?
I don't think so. First, Dave is getting old, and he has to save his voice after being sick. Secondly, I don't think that the level of singing in relation to the albums differs from other musicians after so many years on the stage.
Elton John was supposed to be the lead vocalist but he left to go form Creed. Who the hell cares dude?
