Hi Matt thanks for trying out the Demo, We actually have 3 difficulty level for the Demo
Easy is really as it's says it's easy
We will update the UI displaying other difficulties and unlocking Normal difficulty from the start

I think unlocking normal from the start is going to be a good idea. I can't imagine there are too many people that stumble across this as their first adventure into horde survival.
