Don't buy oneplus 8 ,you will regret loosing your hard earned money i have purchased it from amazon and it has arrived today .It has very dull yellowish kind of display ,i can see green vertical tints along its curved edges .While watching youtubes colors appears very dull and faded.Even my redmi K20 pro has better display then this and it also looks very premium when i hold it in hand .Overall i am very disappointmenting purchasing onplus 8 .Display seems to be of very cheap quality.I recommend don't go with the hype and experience it physically before you buy any smartphone in the market.I have done a big mistake buying it watching youtube reviews. The phone is very slicker in width even so if you love to watch youtube videos better buy a phone with proper width and length ratio.It is difficult to read text in this kind of curved egdes display and flat display will be better and ease on eyes to read text.I will replace it and issue persist in next device ,i will sale it in less price.

i think you should if you are a media consumer, 90hz display and dolby atmos are really the game changer, when you use 90 or 120hz screen, all other 60hz screen look shit, even Iphone.

You opened game Turing on gaming mode on op7 pro and on tge other hand you opened game Turing off gaming mode on op8 . That's why we saw some difference . Turing off gaming mode can make your device faster .

So far, two whole days of playing with this phone gives me so much joy.. BTW, I traded in with Galaxy s10e(6/128) which was a good phone for about 8 months but lately it's been acting weird when you opened some apps(screen frozen).. Let's see how this one goes..

i think you should if you are a media consumer, 90hz display and dolby atmos are really the game changer, when you use 90 or 120hz screen, all other 60hz screen look shit, even Iphone.
you need to make sure that you the oneplus 7 pro is set to FHD+ not QHD.
One of the reasons why it laggs a bit is due to the display resolution.
don't forget that the op7 pro was used for almost a year by now while the op 8 is still fresh
