Most of the phones(98%) come with holes or notches on their screens but very few phones(2%) come without those intrusions on the screens..
I don't personally find that significant differences in most of the phones upgraded yearly..
So, the differences between 7 pro and 8 pro are very minor and the only major difference comes down to the full screen display and hole punch display..
For me, personally, I'll choose the 7 pro because of that unique feature which not a lot of phones have..
I call it eye easing screen because of there is no disturbance like hole or notch..

I hate it when people keep banging on about mechanical moving parts and how it MAY affect durability. It's like every single reviewer is parroting what another reviewer has said, without evidencing the affect to durability.

I love the pop up selfie cam on my OP7 Pro as well. I bought the new in September of last year, the pop up front facing cam has held up well since I use the face unlock quite often. I also paid off the phone in March of this year, feels liberating not having a phone payment. The rear cameras especially after the updates exceed my expectations. I don't care for wireless charging and 5G is still very nascent. Im keeping to keep the OP7 Pro for as long as I can and that is a first for me as I usually buy a new phone every 8 months to a year and sell the phone I was currently using. If the 8 pro is on sale in a few months I may buy it, but I still will keep the 7 Pro as backup and to experiment with beta software.

The durability of the pop up camera is amazing. I dropped my OnePlus 7 pro and cracked the screen. The camera retracted and there was no damage to it. So, IF that's a worry for you... Don't. The 7pro looks more futuristic to boot. And is still wicked fast in 2021. So, if you're looking at both I recommend the McLaren 7t pro. Both are 5g and you'll save a couple hundred bucks getting the McCleran.

Yes right, there is Oneplus 7 pro that Supports 5G but that was not launched globally. You can buy that in USA

Nothing beats an unobtrusive display, with no notch or punch hole, but that's the way they went, so 🤷🏿‍♂️

6:15 Love your Video everything’s accurate with the exception of this statement the seven pro did come with 5G and as a matter of fact It was sold by T-Mobile and Sprint and other providers as the “one plus 7’ 5G” Research it if you want I work for the mobile carriers they took off the pro apparently because they didn’t wanna threaten other flagships like the iPhone pros in US
