    puro pimples lang inabot ko jan sa whey lahat na ata ng brands tnry ko, whey isolates pa un. ndi rin ATA worth it na alternative ung plant based ang mamahal kasi 180+ per scoop tpos 20g protein at low quality daw sa essential amino acids ang plant protein, mas ok pa tlga real whole foods and balance diet mas maka mura nung bili ako ng karne, itlog, salmon, brocolli etc

    Coach need padin puba ang high carb kht mameat na ang protein intake... Ang work out kopo ay body workout.. Burpees push up.. Pero umabot ako NG 500pump..Tpos mag hapon ako sa work ko as mechanic tnx po

    What is the correct formula in getting protein requirements coach? Dami ko kasi nababasa magkakaiba eh. Mas okay na yung malaman ko sa certified nutritionist.

    Coach just asking lang po nakaka build po ba ng muscle ang resistance band workouts effective po ba ito for homework lalo na po these days na lockdown po ulit, looking forward sa answer and advices nyo po salamat!

      Resistance bands will help you build muscle (especially if you are a beginner). It is because any form of resistance (resistance training) will stimulate your muscles, thus, promoting muscle growth.
      Although that's the case,
      weights > resistance bands

    hello coach. Araw araw po ako umiinom ng black coffee, umaga hanggang 3pm, minsan sobrang tapang ng timpla ko. mayroon po bang side effect iyon para mabawasan ang muscle kapag nasobrahan? salamat po.

      Pag masyadong mababa ang calorie intake relative sa naburn sa exercise. Pero nakakatulong ang higher protein intake to minimize muscle wasting

      Yaan po ang reco sa studies. But there’s also evidence that it can go as high 2.2g/kg esp for those are on negative calorie balance. :)

      Yes kasi hindi strictly regulated ng FDA ang mga food supplements.
      Yang mga whey protein contaminated yan ng Androgenic steroid. So may hormone sya ganun din ung mga gatas may hormone. (androgen)
      Ang sebaceous glands (oil gland) ay super sensitive sa anumang pag increase ng level ng hormone. Kapag nagtake ka ng whey protein, nag iincrease ung testosterone levels mo at pag subra ang testosterone production, natitrigger naman ung sebaceous gland na mag produce ng more oi.
      Kaya magka-clog ang pores mo. Resulta sa acne
