Thanks! Glad you found Zach Top. He's an absolute musician. Started his career in bluegrass. He and Billy Strings do a live version of bluegrass classic Freeborn Man 💪
7:07 I’m 20 and love the traditional country sound, that’s the first thing I said after hearing bout 4 of his songs. Got to see this man in concert, I’m willing to drive hours to see this man in concert.
First time I heard this song I thought it was some random country one hit wonder from the 90's that I'd somehow I'd never heard. Then I looked him up and I can't stop listening to him!!!
He grew up on a dairy farm, where he started playing the guitar when he was 5. His family had a bluegrass band that would play all the fairs and farm shows around them. The 90s country sound really takes me back and feels good.
Zach is really the only actual, Authentic, Genuine country artist out today. He is the real deal. he's up for new artist of the year at the CMAs and if he doesn't win it will just signal the end of authentic country.
Dude is a phenomenal guitar player. Rips country licks with the best of them. Great timing and feel in his live performances with licks in between his vocals and great solos. All around fantastic musician. Brent Mason actually recorded the electric guitar in the studio versions but Zach plays very very well. Brent Mason is just the best to ever do it in country guitar so gotta have him on the record
This video is basically a country music version of the movie “Airheads” with Brenden Frazier 😂. Also, Zach Top has it man. Dude is going to be a star now and would have been a mega star in the 90’s.
He preformed as an opener for Dierks Bentley at Red Rocks last month! He was amazing, and me and my mother both looked at each other and said he gave off massive Alan Jackson energy, and is the next best thing to happen to Country Music.
Definitely look up his full concert live from Shreveport, Louisiana. The entire set list is superb, especially the covers. Sound like the radio is the first song he plays too.
The acoustic version of this song is even better in my opinion. He can definitely play guitar and is a true performer. Would love to see you check that one out!
Gotta check out “Use me” I think it’s a real underrated song of his and oml yes he can play the guitar and he can play it really well! Grew up in a bluegrass family
Zach top songs you should react to in order: I never lie, Dirt turns to gold, Cowboys like me do, There’s the sun, Ain’t that a heartbreak, use me, Cold beer and country music
He’s got some live, self-accompanied acoustic versions on the TH-cam channel Holler. Highly recommend checking those out. Especially this song. Absolutely phenomenal guitarist and sounds the exact same live.
Sounds like the radio live 4k if you wanna see him really pick the guitar. But all his live/acoustic versions are great. Also I highly recommend Randall King and Drake Milligan. Them 2 and ZT are my Top 3
Check out William Michael Morgan cover of the late George Jones song "Who's going to fill their shoes ?" He sounds like a young Alan Jackson , you will love his voice .
He definitely sounds a lot like Alan Jackson, bringing that old school 80's/90's country sound back. I know you're not hating, but even if there's a video of him not strumming the guitar, Alan Jackson knows how to strum the guitar. He's the real deal. And this guy might be on to something.
“I never lie” has to be next bro!
Use me
I never lie acoustic version the guitar is great
@@jacksonwalker8042such an underrated one.

Thanks! Glad you found Zach Top. He's an absolute musician. Started his career in bluegrass. He and Billy Strings do a live version of bluegrass classic Freeborn Man 💪

I love country music that just makes you smile instead of singing about heartbreak or something sad.
7:07 I’m 20 and love the traditional country sound, that’s the first thing I said after hearing bout 4 of his songs. Got to see this man in concert, I’m willing to drive hours to see this man in concert.

Before he had his band, Zach Top was raised in a bluegrass band. His guitar skills are amazing, and he's only 26.
Saw ZT live. He shredded one of the gnarliest guitar solos I’ve ever witnessed.
“I never lie” Nashville holler sessions. Gotta throw it in
Love your reactions!
