Nice catch 4B, not 100% sure if very early lightning model or smoke trail for some rocket or something. Was on screen for about a frame.

I dont think it lightning. Its in a perfect straight line. Also, if you play it in .25 speed there another, shorter one right after. I didnt notice it till i slowed it down. I think its a bug

Think about it... straight is almost all games. I can show you examples from a lot of games that lightning is straight. Easier on the graphic side to do such a thing ;)

i think it nothing more than an artefact from an engine still in development, the notion that is is some for of rocket is ludicrous, as it is far to fast, not to mention the trail is far to short-lived

Dynamic weather is coming to FS25... they showed lightening in the trailer and when Kermit was asked he said he couldn't say anything right now but it would come up again later.
