      The Bible also says, Come out of her, My people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and receive not of her plagues.
      For her sins have reached unto Heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities. Revelation 18: 4,5
      Glad that you’re coming out of her, the Catholic Church Papacy.

      Praise God.. You came out of her. God calls you His people.
      Revelation 18:4

      God bless you.

    Father hear my prayers. I’m losing hope. My husband is with you I still miss him even after all these years. These pass three years have been difficult. At times I feel so alone especially as a single mom. Since suffering a heart attack two years ago and my on going battle with lupus I’m overwhelmed. Both of my sons are autistic. I’m now homeschooling them so my hours to work are limited. BUT I TRUST YOU LORD! I keep faith even as I constantly struggle to provide for my kids and I constantly struggle to buy groceries. I receive hate for sharing my testimony. My testimony is one of faith. No matter what we are facing God will give us strength to over come. Thankfully I have you Lord! I know I’m not alone. Faith over fear!

    Excellent explanation of Revelation’s Babylon, the false and true Churches. So needed in these end times of mass confusion about these very symbols. May God’s richest blessing of souls saved for His Kingdom be the result of faithful preaching. Jesus will come, as all the world has opportunity, through technology and the Holy Spirit to hear the three angels’ messages, in our generation🙏🏻❤️

    A very good lesson.
    So many people think they can pick and choose the verses you want to follow and leave the rest.
    The reason I like the SDA is because they believe in keeping kosher as well as keeping Shabbat.

    • @theeternalsbeliever1779
      @theeternalsbeliever1779 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      SDAs do exactly that: they pick and choose which verses they want to follow. They don't observe the other festivals in Lev. 23, even though they're just as much an obligation as the weekly Sabbath. And from what i've seen, SDAs also observe the heathen traditions like Christmas and Easter, even though God clearly outlawed those practices in Deut. 12 and Jer. 10. They also use pictures of Jesus, even though the 2nd Commandment outlaws that as well.

    • @dianechapmanbettyboop
      @dianechapmanbettyboop 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      the festival’s or feast days were nailed to the cross. They were the handwritings of Ordinances which were against us and contrary to us Nailed to the Cross, they were the sacrifices of Lambs, meat and drink offerings, ceremonial sabbath sabbath days, which were yearly, on different days of the week, because they were controlled by the New Moon, all these things were a shadow of things to come-the crucifixion. All these things were written in the Book of the Law, written by Moses. That’s why the Bible says they were put in the side of the Ark of the Covenant, taking them out of the way. The Ten Commandment’s were placed inside because they are eternal, and protection. Deuteronomy 31: 26.
      Before criticism, you need to know what you’re speaking about. If you keep the feast days, Jesus died in vain.

      @@theeternalsbeliever1779 Are you saying we should NOT follow any verses in the bible? Or just follow the ones your church leaders/teachers tell you to follow (which they interpret according to their church's teachings) and then ignore everything else the bible has to say on the same subject?
      One is sola scriptura, Letting the bible interpret what it means in any given verse(s) on a subject.
      The other is sola dottrina. Interpreting scripture according to your church's teachings and ignoring anything and everything else the bible has to say.
      The fact you think SDAs just pick and choose which verses they want to follow shows you have no idea what the ENTIRE bible has to say on whatever subject is under consideration. When it is actually YOU that will pick and choose which verses you want to follow.
      How long will your church's leaders/teachers keep their jobs if they taught anything other than the teachings of their churches?
      Not only is this extremely hypocritical (AND prejudiced) but you set your church's teachings on a pedestal of infallibility and consider the bible's teachings as fallible which need to be redefined to match your church's doctrines.

    • @fivefingerfullprice3403
      @fivefingerfullprice3403 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You're not supposed to keep shabbat. If you take on one part of the law you take on the whole law, meaning you're under law. Jesus nailed the law to the cross, we're under faith. You need to read the epistles of Paul and stop picking and choosing scripture. We're under grace, not the law, lest you boast of your own works.

    • @davidstarr6604
      @davidstarr6604 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      @@fivefingerfullprice3403 "Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law." Rom 3:31
      That word "establish" does not mean "do away with". The Greek word "istēmi" means "to make firm", "to establish a thing, cause it to stand", "to uphold or sustain the authority or force of anything".
      Don't confuse God's 10 commandment law with Moses' Levitical laws (the handwriting of ordinances). Else you will start to believe it is ok to murder, lie, steal, commit adultery, worship idols, curse God. You become a man of lawlessness.

    I’ve been watching this series. I have trouble concentrating sometimes so I have to rewatch it (I mostly listen) to fully remember and understand what each episode is about. From watching the episodes, I’ve come to love the theme song. It gets even better when I heard the verses. I fell in love with it. I sing it when I work and it helps with my mental illness symptoms every time. Just wish that there’s just a post of just the entire song with the verses, especially if it’s on Spotify or that Pastor Doug’s sermons series are also available as a podcast in Spotify :D

    I'm looking forward to watching this. In the meantime, for those who do the artwork, I've noticed that the thumbnails recently show the pure woman as a blonde, European looking woman and the harlot as having darker hair. It kind of falls into certain stereotypes about people that developed after Bible Times when for the Bible figures, darker complexion was the norm rather than something designated as related to bad and evil while being whiter or lighter is good and pyre. There are some people who are searching that would not listen because of this when the women were likely to have had dark hair and darker skin in Bible lands in Bible times.

      A very thoughtful question indeed, mate! I wish others had come forth to help with it.
      I think what you mean is, if Jesus died for our sins, why should we still die? Quite a legitimate question, isn't it.
      The wages of sin being eternal death, we were hopelessly condemned unless God Himself, in the person of Jesus, paid the ransom by dying, and then resurrecting Himself, thereby leaving the door open for us to follow suit.

      As for His earthly sufferings, while that was a natural consequence of being man, He suffered more in proportion to His elevated nature, and, like everything else He did, that too had a purpose, namely, that you yourself be encouraged whenever you happen to find yourself going through tribulation or hardships.

I looked through a lot of what you preach... doesn't match and you have the same talking points...I seen way to much to the point where I am actually concerned that alot of pastors in the SDA church have no true understanding as its a lot more...then is understood as what works in the spiritual world vs what does not.

    Actually it says 7 mountains, not hills.
    So John looking down from heaven would have seen 7 continents where kindreds,peoples, nations and tongues are, this is what The Holy Spirit put in my spirit years ago.
    I am watching is lam as The Lord also put in my spirit.

      John was on the island of Patmos when the vision was given, not in heaven. The "new world" (North and South America) was not known back then so the prophecy can not mean 7 continents.

    Pastor, Ross. Just because something has been spoken of for "500 Years" doesn't make it truth! Pastor Batchelor stated, "not something I dreamed of in a private interpretation"...Then please tell us, if this is not someones private interpretation, then what do you call it? We can go back and forth all day long, but it is exactly that!
    Explain why we have these names throughout scripture describing the Antichrist? Egypt (Antichrist is called "The Pharaoh of Egypt"), Assyria (Antichrist is called "The Assyrian"), Babylon (Antichrist is called "King of Babylon", then Medo / Persia, Greece and according to you...Rome! Problem I see is that when this Harlot is being described throughout scripture, there is no other place it could be but in Arabia! Yet, you point Rome out as being the culprit.
    Isaiah gives authoritative proof on who this beast power is yet you give no time to it because you are relying on the "Great Protestant Reformers", "The Giants" to provide the answers for you rather than truth! Isaiah 21:9 says, "Babylon is fallen, is fallen", the same announcement used in Revelation 18:1-2. In other words, Ancient Babylon was simply a TYPE of the last days Babylon and the names provided are all areas in Arabia...
    - The "Burden against Dumah" (verse 11), the "Burden against Arabia" (verse 13), "All the glory of Kedar will fail" (verse 16). Both Dumah and Cedar are in Arabia, yet where in the Bible does it say, the "Burden against Rome"? You won't find it!
    Sure, all of these "reformers" agreed that Rome was this Harlot, the Antichrist, but who exactly were these people and why not explain the background on each of them, rather than "they were Catholic". Martin Luther, the one and only who gave birth to Nazi Ideology! The harbinger of all the chaos that is in the world today.
    Instead of Christianity (Church) being the "Bride of Christ", unspotted and unblemished it is a mere shadow of what it was during the time of the Apostles, even the early Church Fathers! What is tragic is that very few have taken the time to examine scripture, and the history of the Church to see where the evils came from and it certainly was not from the Catholic Church!
    Fact...Luther, did not bring scriptural knowledge to the world, nor was he any kind of hero! He denied the authenticity of Revelation, had contempt at the book of James, Ester and Jonah, accusing Christ with having relations with the woman at the well. Then there is John Calvin, who gave the order to have people burned alive, gave support to the Turks in their battles against the Catholic Church, including his beliefs in Darwinism. Thomas Cranmer, a person with little to no experience and a self appointed "theologian" who made himself archbishop! He worked against the Catholic Church by forcing "reformation" ideology onto the people. When Queen Mary came to power, he was charged of heresy and recanted his faith. Because of heresy, he was put to death. ,
    Pastors, tell the truth to your audience, not bits and pieces so that you tarnish the name of the Catholic Church and its beliefs, (the teachings of the apostles)! A church that was instituted by Christ of which the keys were given to Peter. Jeff

    the Bible TEACHES THERE IS A HELL.. read the story of the rich man and Lazarus the bum. the rich man died and was in hell and Lazarus died after and was carried down to Abrahams this is before Jesus .. the rich man asked if he could go back and warn his family he said he was in torment so yes the Bible teaches you will go to heal and have all your 5 senses. and also ONCE SAVED ALWAYS SAVED. once you receive christ you can not be unsaved bible says that nothing can take us from Jesus please read your bible.

      The story of Lazarus and the rich man is not proof that the fictional hell of traditional Christianity exists. (1) Christ said it was a parable, and parables are _fictional stories that are used to illustrate a point_ . (2) Heb. 11 says Abraham has _not_ received eternal life yet. (3) The Bible clearly teaches that the dead have _no_ awareness(4) Christ preached about Gehenna fire that _destroys_ , not "hell" . (5) The only "hell" that does exist is the grave.

      Once saved always saved is a false teaching that originated from the first church of Ephesus in A.D. 31-100 by the the Nicolaitans which were heroics.Revelation 2:6, 15 speaks about how Christ hated them with their false doctrines.
      People judge themselves as saved, and believe they can continue sinning and will be saved. Christ is the judge, not ourselves. Only the very faithful will be saved, most people will be lost, including very many that profess Christ.
      Matthew 7: 13,14, 20-23, Luke 13: 24-28
      Many only have a form of Godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. 2 Timothy 3: 5

    • @davidstarr6604
      @davidstarr6604 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I would have to agree with dianechapmanbettyboop. Nowhere in the bible does it say "once saved always saved". You are redefining "all sins" as though they were sins of the past, present and future when the bible clearly states it is only sins of the past (Rom 3:25) that can be forgiven. Future sins have not happened yet (may not ever happen) so do not exist in this present moment. Sins committed NOW (this exact moment) cannot be forgiven because there is no repentance while doing said sins at the same time.
      Perhaps you should consider what Paul says about this in Heb 6:4-6 and 10:26-27. What is this "falling away" in II Thess 2:3 or the "departing from the faith" in I Tim 4:1? How can you fall from something unless you were once on it? How can you depart from the faith unless you were once in it?
      Jesus even warned against this: Luke 9:62
      The belief that you can go on sinning (breaking God's law) and still be saved will turn you into a man of lawlessness. Do you need Paul's warnings against THAT?
      The "once saved always saved" teaching takes away our freedom of choice. What if a person decides a Christian's life is too hard and wants to go back to his/her old life? Are they now doomed to lead a life they no longer want or are they free to choose?
