I don't know if you'll read this but I joined the Seventh Day Adventist church about three and a half years ago here in Dublin Ireland, in part because of your preaching Pastor Doug. I was searching for God and for the right church, one that worshipped God according to the Bible. I used to be a Roman Catholic but I wasn't getting answers to my questions. Their teachings didn't make sense. I just wanted you to know how grateful I am that you let God use you. May He continue to bless you and the other Pastors in this ministry.

Moses and David are mentioned a lot in the NT. for very good reason. They are the two commanded Witnesses, Deuteronomy 33:1-5 Isaiah 55:1-4 Deuteronomy, where Moses is acknowledged as king, and who’s teachings Gods people receive at his feet. And Isaiah, where the commands of David are to be followed, and who’s very name is referenced as salvation, “Sure favors of David”

I've told some people that Jesus kept the Sabbath and one of them said Jesus had to keep it because He was a Jew and the Sabbath is for the Jews. How sad.
I love how P. Doug tells the story of Peter and his attempt at walking on the water. I think he misses the fact that they were afraid...not only from the storm...when they seen Jesus on the water...they were even more afraid as they thought Jesus was a ghost...that part ... being afraid of a ghost? Why would they be in fear? And why is there no explanation as far as a ghost? Can someone PLEASE explain this to me. Have "they" always existed and are they part of a plan? The only Ghost I know of is FACT the Holy Ghost

I have truly enjoyed this series. And I do do much want a Sabbath Assembly. But the Seventh Day Adventist Church where I live still celebrates the pagan holidays instituted by the Roman Church, ie Christ mass, Ishtar ie Easter Sunday. They eat pork during holiday gatherings/ functions. Where can I find an Assembly that truly tries to live as Yahushua did?
I have same problem here. "Mature" church women wearing short dresses. Sabbath school lesson is boring. We need to be studying things pertinant to these times. I study and worship at home.

We don't know when Jesus was really born only the place of his birth so we don't see any harm in cerebrating his birth when the rest of the world does, the problem with Christmas is not the date but the teachings of Santa Clause which I feel is by Old Satan to take the emphases off of Christ , and the same with Easter, it is not the date but the teachings of Easter eggs and bunny rabbits etc, which takes the emphases off of Christ. As far as eating pork never heard of an SDA church eating pork during holidays or any other time. The unclean meats are one of our doctrines so I can not imagine any SDA church doing that. Where did you hear of that?

Simple question: does the actual day of the week matter, in which we choose to gather together as a church? Mathematically, couldn't one argue that the actual days of the week may not precisely line up with the original 6 days of creation? How can we know for sure? Isn't it the 1st day of the week that we should prepare for the rest of the week? The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath. I would like to understand more. I agree with the sabbath and having A sabbath...what if your work schedule keeps you occupied on weekends? Will God not forgive ones inability to 'go to church' or celebrate the sabbath on a specific day?
When God gave us the commandment Exodus 20:8-11 to remember it and keep it holy, God advised us in John 14:15 if you love him keep his commandments, if you are worried about the repercussions of Following the Sabbath because of work, in the Bible remember Romans 8:28, and in Luke 4:16. I struggle with this too and so there is no judgment from me, if anything thank you for allowing me to remember the changes that need to made in my heart 🙏
Brother Stephen, we were all given a free will a choice, even the angels in heaven have this free will. With this in mind, we can choose one of two things. Choose Christ, our creator, redeemer and sustainer and gain eternal life or choose Satan and be lost forever. The Bible states that all good gifts are from God. Your family, job and property, if any were given by God. If you should only trust him, you will be blessed more abundantly! Choose christ today!

Hello Abner Hope you are having a nice day. The Statue of Liberty is only 305 feet. The Empire State Building is 1,250 feet (204 feet more with the spire and antenna) The doors for The VAB building for NASA are 405 feet. Then the So, yes probably he missed spoke on the comparison between the doors and the Empire State Building. 😊
Nikki G- Romans 3:31 | Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law. Romans 6:1 What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? Vs 2 God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein? Do you do away with a business when you establish one, not! we try your best to make it go, the same way with grace, because we have received grace then we should try that much harder to keep God's law. If you got stopped for speeding and the officer let you off without a ticket would you spin your tires and try to throw gravel all over the officer and his car and continue down the road speeding again?. No you pull back on the road and are very careful not to break the law again, right. While keeping the law will not save us but keeping the law shows that we are saved just like the examples I gave. Read and STUDY James chapter 2, James is teaching the same thing as Paul does or should I say that Paul teaches the same thing as James does but if I had to choose I would take Jesus' brother James over what Paul teaches since James was with him all of his life. I do have a question: Are you saying that the *only* church is the SDA denomination? I am not mocking; if this is so, then I want in! But how can you be the *only* church, when the whole foundation of your church was based on something that people thought was of God and didn't even happen? I agree that a church has to be a *true* Bible-believing, Bible-practicing church. I agree that Saturday is still the Sabbath and I believe in soul-sleep. But I am so confused and get a confused feeling when you say you are the only true church these days.
I think, body of church is many, its like the many churches of asia minor, church in Jerusalem to other place.. As long as the doctrines is bible base. Im not SDA, but SDA has some truth in them but not the whole truth but atleast they are basing the teachings in the bible.. im personally dont believe in sabbath & food doctrines, because its Jesus is the sabbath & He clean the food.

I was searching for God and for the right church, one that worshipped God according to the Bible. I used to be a Roman Catholic but I wasn't getting answers to my questions. First accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior; confess that He suffered and died for your sins on the cross. Then start repenting of your sins because we all have sinned and transgressed God's laws. Read the received texts like KJV and keep God's 10 Laws which includes Sabbath (resting from Friday Sunset until Saturday Sunset[7th day{Genesis 2:2-3}]). The Bible teaches that thee Antichrist is the Papacy. The mark of the beast is Forced Sunday rest & the banning of Sabbath [7th day] Rest. It takes courage to be in the army of Christ. The whole Bible says basically if you love God then keep his Commandments. Jesus died on the cross (Grace and Pardon) because we have sinned (transgressed His Law's[1 John 3:4]). So it's all about God's laws and Jesus saving us from our sin (His Sacrifice to pardon us and to save us for the Transgression of Gods’ Laws). Oh and yes, we are free from the Mosaic & Ceremonial laws when He died on the cross, but not God's Laws (Ten Commandments are in Exodus Chapter 20): we still keep them. The whole Bible says basically if you love God then keep his Commandments. Jesus died on the cross (Grace and Pardon) because we have sinned (transgressed His Law's[1 John 3:4]). Satan uses a lot of truth and mixes a little bit of error for your destruction. People will think they’re doing God’s work when they persecute God’s Sabbath keeping people. Sabbath day was not created for Israel: As God's people they needed to keep His Law's because God chose them. It was created before Israel and it's for all mankind who choose the True Living God, through His only begotten Son Jesus Christ. Us Christians call Jesus King, which He is: A King has laws for His kingdom; 10 Perfect Laws our God created, which includes Sabbath (A day He sanctified, so you can’t say there’s any day of the week to rest with God: The day He set is the seventh day), and are part of His character. So if you choose Sunday rest when it's enforced (Mark of the beast) by the Antichrist (Roman Catholic Papacy-read Daniel 2&7&8 and Revelation 13 for information on the antichrist and the core of Bible Prophecy to understand):you are then breaking our Kings’ Laws. Keeping and resting on Sabbath along with, if you can congregate, always will mean you are choosing God and His authority in your life. Choosing Sunday now, since it hasn't been enforced, means you're knowingly or unknowingly choosing Satan's authority. But many will say, well Paul and the others broke bread on the first day of the week... Yeah you should worship God everyday and break bread with your brothers and sisters in Christ every once in a while, but Sabbath is the day of rest, hallowed and sanctified by God: The Seal to His Laws. The whole Bible says basically if you love God then keep his Commandments. Jesus died on the cross (Grace and Pardon) because we have sinned (transgressed His Law's[1 John 3:4]). So it's all about God's laws and Jesus saving us from our sin (His Sacrifice to pardon us and to save us for the Transgression of Gods’ Laws). Oh and yes, we are free from the Mosaic & Ceremonial laws when He died on the cross, but not God's Laws (Ten Commandments are in Exodus Chapter 20): we still keep them. We are saved by God's grace through faith in Jesus Christ: We keep Gods’ Laws as a consequence of being saved. Love you, God bless.
The book of Daniel in the Old Testament is the key to truly understanding the Book of Revelation; make sure to remember that every day in prophecy equals a year (Ezekiel 4:6 & Numbers 14:34). I have truly enjoyed this series. And I do do much want a Sabbath Assembly. But the Seventh Day Adventist Church where I live still celebrates the pagan holidays instituted by the Roman Church, ie Christ mass, Ishtar ie Easter Sunday. They eat pork during holiday gatherings/ functions. Where can I find an Assembly that truly tries to live as Yahushua did?
I have same problem here. "Mature" church women wearing short dresses. Sabbath school lesson is boring. We need to be studying things pertinant to these times. I study and worship at home.

We don't know when Jesus was really born only the place of his birth so we don't see any harm in cerebrating his birth when the rest of the world does, the problem with Christmas is not the date but the teachings of Santa Clause which I feel is by Old Satan to take the emphases off of Christ , and the same with Easter, it is not the date but the teachings of Easter eggs and bunny rabbits etc, which takes the emphases off of Christ. As far as eating pork never heard of an SDA church eating pork during holidays or any other time. The unclean meats are one of our doctrines so I can not imagine any SDA church doing that. Where did you hear of that?

Simple question: does the actual day of the week matter, in which we choose to gather together as a church? Mathematically, couldn't one argue that the actual days of the week may not precisely line up with the original 6 days of creation? How can we know for sure? Isn't it the 1st day of the week that we should prepare for the rest of the week? The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath. I would like to understand more. I agree with the sabbath and having A sabbath...what if your work schedule keeps you occupied on weekends? Will God not forgive ones inability to 'go to church' or celebrate the sabbath on a specific day?
When God gave us the commandment Exodus 20:8-11 to remember it and keep it holy, God advised us in John 14:15 if you love him keep his commandments, if you are worried about the repercussions of Following the Sabbath because of work, in the Bible remember Romans 8:28, and in Luke 4:16. I struggle with this too and so there is no judgment from me, if anything thank you for allowing me to remember the changes that need to made in my heart 🙏

I do have a question: Are you saying that the *only* church is the SDA denomination? I am not mocking; if this is so, then I want in! But how can you be the *only* church, when the whole foundation of your church was based on something that people thought was of God and didn't even happen? I agree that a church has to be a *true* Bible-believing, Bible-practicing church. I agree that Saturday is still the Sabbath and I believe in soul-sleep. But I am so confused and get a confused feeling when you say you are the only true church these days.
