+SCK And that's about it, compared to previous generations with new areas to explore and new Pokemon to catch after beating the champion, there really is a lack of things to do.
+SCK I can get shinies in any game, and they're pretty pointless. The only legendary worth while is Zygarde. I guess it's an opinion, if you think there is plenty to do, then that's good for you, to me there is way too little fun post game content.
+OtakuSasuke Well with other games there isn't much symmetry to large cities, this means that you can easily spot a key monument to get around. However, in Lumiose City the outskirts of the city made it hard to tell as there were alleyways that looked pitch-perfect like each other.
Fairy types are based off of fae, which, by their myths, are strong against dragons. Everything on Fairy types actually makes sense to me EXCEPT what Pokemon were chosen for Fairy types.
***** Ironically, because I understand fae, Mawile isn't one that I was confused on. It's mainly Mr. Mime that confuses me. {Kinda Snubbul/Granbull too, but mainly Mr. Mime}
+Shadow Bri Floette always bugged me with her pure fairy typing. It looks like a darn grass type, and even it's evolved form has the flower it's holding turn into it's body...so why give her PURE fairy?
I have always questioned Mr Bonding from pokemon X and Y, "What does he do to you after the screen turns black, Why are we next to a bed" *IT'S BONDING TIME*
There's a really weird event in ORAS that shows the origin of Mr. Bonding. There are some strange men standing in certain pokemon centers, and when you talk to them they give you an O-Power without the creepy bonding time. If you talk to all of them and then got to "the apartment of a powerless man" in Mauville Heights, they will all be there with the "powerless man," and fuse together with him to make... Mr. Bonding. (DUN DUN DUUUUUNNNNNNNNN)
People say Klefki is uncreative because it's just a set of keys, but that's like saying Pikachu is just a mouse or Charizard is just a dragon, or Mr. Mime is just a creepy guy in a clown costume
My problem with Klefki is I always thought of Pokemon as mystical animals even ones like magnetite but klefki seems so....lifeless robotic Pokemon at least gave off the expression that they weren't robotic If you know what I'm saying.I don't know what Im saying.
Oh the things that drove me nuts were this >:) 1. I caught a Riolu and trained it up to a Lucario then got offered one for free with better stats after my hard work and emotional bonding (yes I get attached to these pixels, I know, I'm a nerd haha) 2. I thought we could ride Skiddo/Gogoat *everywhere* so I caught one and everything thinking I'd maybe be given an item to ride about on him ;~; 3. Also, why a goat pokemon to ride about on? You don't see people in real life riding goats, they ride horses so if anything, we should have been able to travel about on Ponyta or Rapidash haha 4. I mean just on Rapidash, wouldn't it be cool if it got a megaevolution but with like faming wings? But overall, it was pretty epic, I really loved Omega Ruby though :D
PokefyStudios Yeah haha, I just rejected the free Lucario, took it's Lucarionite and gave it to mine. In the end I just couldn't dump the one I'd caught and raised in my box :') haha c: Also, I'd love to hear Brendon talk about his favourite things in the pokemon games, I'm dying to hear him go on about how epic the delta episode was so that I can just sit and agree with him hahaha
Gym leaders have 3 Elite 4 have 4 Champion has 6 I hate this change, I get they're trying to make the champion more awesome since its the only trainer you fight with a full team but that just makes everyone else WAY easier and the champion is easy as hell as well
how about if they only have 3 pokemon, but instead u can only use 3 pokemon as well? mby thats still gonna be too ez since the fact that gymleader got monotype pokemon...
+E M BUCK Actually, when it came out, I became very picky about my team and made constant adjustments to it throughout the game, such as breeding the perfect IV's for a specific pokemon that I wanted on my team. Having an EXP share that covered multiple Pokemon became useful to level up the newly hatched or transfered.
it's pretty poorly paced (the first and second gym were so far apart, while since others were super close to each other) and the plot is very uninteresting too. I don't like how the legendaries didn't contribute basically anything to the story, and the fact so many old Pokémon were accessible and kinda forced on you took away from the new Pokémons memorability. probably the worst main series title for me.
You know what i hate? The fact lucario was PUSHED everywhere in this game. its your first mega evolution, trainers have them everywhere, its got it own giant statue. for fucksakes!
thatmewtwo Naw, twas Rayquaza is thy 1st. Lucario is the first mon to mega evolve due to friendship. Rayquaza didn't need a mega stone to mega evolve because that is his true form, making it the 1st. Makes me appreciate Kyorge, my favorite water type & legendary has an exclusive kind of evolution, Primal Reversion alongside Groudon. I wonder what other legendaries is up to the chopping block toward new Mega'/evolutions or possibly each legendary getting it's own exclusive kind of form???
1: Most of the new Pokémon were really good, with a few exceptions, so I’d say it was quality over quantity for this generation. 2: I was a little disappointed that I could only actively hunt for four members of my team, and I only actually used two new Pokémon on that team (A Sylveon and a Gogoat). 3: Charizard X was pure fan service, which is why I prefer Y. I also chose Blastoise, and was a little angry that Charizard got two megas, while my Blastoise only got one, and my other starter got no special treatment at all. 4: More like ONLY DIANCIE. 5: I used my Mega Blastoise, but I named my Lucario “King Bean” and put him in a box. Forever... 6: When you choose the starter that’s incompatible with the bird you want... 7: I ignored this feature all together. 8: My main issue with this was that it was basically impossible to find out how to get the contact lenses. 9: It was super rushed, and I felt that AZ and his amazing looking Floette deserved better than what the got. 10: This, and the fact that I chose Fennekin were the reason I didn’t have a Ninetales on my team. 11: The only Pokemon from this generation I actually dislike are ASH GRENINJA, Aromatisse, Slurpuff, and Barbaracle. 12: This didn’t bother me that much. 13: Three words. Shiny. Locked. Zygarde. 14: I hated these guys... 15: I never used O-Powers... 16: I never knew that before. I wish we had gotten it now. 17: Let’s just note that our mother in this game was a RYHORN RACER. 18: I’ve never really struggled with the Elite Four before, so this was nothing new. 19: Here’s a quote from the mythical TV Tropes that addresses this issue in the most appropriate way: “Some Pokémon (like Pikachu and Floatzel) have their least favorite places to be touched in Pokémon-Amie as the crotch area. Even worse, for some Pokémon (such as Raticate and Machoke), it's their favorite place. Similarly, Jynx has no problem with being touched on her breasts.” 20: Like the Elite Four, I’ve never found Gym Leaders to be that difficult most of the time. 21: Thank Lord Arcoos I never experienced this glitch. 22: I was really hoping for a ball that was good for catching Flying types. 23: “Today we’re dancing for no reason.” 24: Even my overly sarcastic Hydreigon doesn’t know how to respond to this. 25: I had a Gogoat on my team, and it felt like Game Freak was teasing me with it, almost like they were trying to make me get Gogoat riding fever. 26: Because Game Freak didn’t want to offend people. 27: At least they used it more than Nintendo did in the DS Zelda titles. 28: I never noticed much lag. 29: I actually really like the Fairy type, but I loved it even more when my favorite Pokémon got turned into a dragon slayer a generation later. 30: I was really hoping that in Pokémon Z they would un-shiny lock Zygarde. 31: I just ended up using the bike most of the time. 32: I had a Hawlucha on my team for most of the game as an HM slave (I switched him out on Victory Road for a Zweilous), and HE COULDN’T DO THE SKY BATTLES. 33: Rest In Peace, my beautiful surfing Blastoise. 34: Fun Fact: Mega Sableye is known for picking up a red rupee and calling itself a Mega. In its shiny form, the rupee turns green, making shiny Mega Sableye, in the Zelda universe, worth less than normal Mega Sableye. 35: It’s been five years, and I still haven’t found a shiny on my copy of X. 36: Spooky... 37: I guess Quilladen was the Pignite of Kalos. 38: I remember me and my friend wanting to meet up and relive some Pokémon memories, and for more than half of the time we were arguing about the correct way to super train your Pokémon. 39: Another one of my friends who doesn’t know much about Pokémon saw me playing with my Marshtomp in Pokémon Amie, and he thought I’d been feeding it poisoned food because of how terrified his 3D model looked. 40: I actually felt literally sick while riding through Lumoise City on my bike. 41: Who else payed for Pokémon Bank just to transfer in a Pokémon you though you were going to use on your team but didn’t? 42: Rest In Peace, Beeheeyem’s sexy voice. 43: This is why I bought a physical copy. 44: I’m kind of sad that Gogoat wasn’t affected by the non existent seasons... 45: And then you have Mega Garchomp... 46: It was actually quite helpful... 47: I was only able to actually use two new Pokémon, as stated earlier. 48: I never thought about that... 49: Oh! So that’s why a preowned copy of Alpha Sapphire I bought had over ten boxes of Kyurems! 50: This is my opinion on all the rivals: Tierno: What the... Trevor: “Yogurt! You caught a Caterpie? That’s so interesting!” Shauna: Why does she look like a Gothitelle? Serena: Hey, an actual rival!
I didn't like X and Y all that much compared to Gen 4 and 5. I definitely agree with your points. I also have some complaints about the game myself. The rivals were uninteresting, Shauna was annoying and the scene that takes place in the Parfum Palace with you and Shauna was too awkward no matter which gender you are, Lysandre's plan makes no sense and Team Flare was terrible in terms of design and motives, horde encounters sound interesting on paper, but horde battles can last a long time unless your Pokémon has a move that can wipe all of them out like surf, not giving Tierno and Trevor the other regular Kanto starters felt like a wasted opportunity, I didn't care all that much about AZ since he only appears 4 times in the main game and never seen again, I also agree that his story line was rushed, there weren't that many new Pokemon which was pathetic. in wondertrades you can give away a caterpie and get either a starter Pokémon or a powerful Pokémon. I will say that the presentation and soundtrack are really good. Overall, I didn't care all that much for X and Y;not the worst entrees in the main series.
Gen 6 the fall of Pokémon? Um... No Gen 6 is the thing that made Pokémon the talk of the Town again heck XY themselves have outsold a good chunk of Main series Pokémon games already and Oras is currently outselling it'!
You all need to realize that every pokemon game had problems, bad designs, etc. Gen 6 was great and added loads of new features. just like every other gen.
Hylianguy38 I totally agree with you. X and Y are the only games I haven't finished, as it was just very lackluster. The only thing that kept me going was the PSS, which was really cool
***** Unfortunately for you, the creator of Pokemon, Satoshi Tajiri himself said no Pokemon Z & also said he has *MANY* ideas for pokemon & ideas to explore. I've completed the pokedex on my copy of X with a total of 713, 999:59 capped hours, with the shiny & the oval charm (took a lot of work but I done it legit February this year) & 14 shinies under my belt. Pokemon ain't going nowhere for a very long time my friend.... also Hoopa & Volcanion says hi :-D
Finishing off the series of the main Pokemon games! Sorry for the long wait on this one, I got behind after being snowed in away from home. Videos should be back on a weekly schedule now. What do you guys think about my stache? Keep it or shave it? VOTE NOW!
This is probably my least favourite generation. Mega evolution was awesome, and the Pokemon that *were* introduced. But it was just so boring... And easy...
Oj Luxy same gen 6 was boring the only Pokemon I loved was swirlix calauncher hawlucha xerneas greninja froakie gogat skiddo klefki slyeon pancham sylveon
Graphics wise I loved how pretty everything looked. Wasn’t a fan of some of the new mons, there weren’t enough mega evolutions, not enough character customization, and the game felt way too short.
interesting characters? Tierno can be summed up in 2 words: likes dancing. That's it! That's all he has to offer. he and trevor could've been cut out and no one would've missed them
Einar Grude all of them were likable with trevor being my fav thanks to the same way of thinking in anime he picked the best starter and in the game picked the best nick name for me the one i picked for my self long time ago. For that he is "my main man" as PurpleRodri says
No, I complained about the in game seasons not keeping up with the seasons in real time. I really liked the seasons feature and I wish it would make a comeback!
ABrandonToThePast especially since you can import a Deerling/Sawsbuck (or catch one in ORAS) in a Gen VI game, only to see him not changing colour anymore :(
Though the thing with Lancelot, he isn't a fairy. So it doesn't matter if he was raised by them. Dragons may get cucked in fairy tales(sadly) but.. Its still kind of dumb that fairies are IMMUNE to dragon moves. Should have been resistant, not immune.
it makes sense that they didn't let the other Pokemon say their names like Pikachu. You need to remember that at least 5 countries have different names for each Pokemon. It would cost a fortune to get all the voice actors to come in and do the voices for each Pokemon. Pikachu however has the same name in every dub, so its easier.
Uncreative naming will never be an issue with Pokemon to me. Just look at the Japanese names. Gen 1 had Pokemon called "Lizard"(Charmeleon), "Ghost"(Haunter), "Lucky"(Chansey), "Pigeon" (Pidgeotto), "Sand"(Sandshrew), "Sleep" (Drowzee), "Crab"(Krabby), "Koratta" (literally "small rat" - Rattata), "Kodakku" (small duck - Psyduck). And Freezer, Thunder and Fire...the names of the 3 legendary birds.
André Finger And because pokemon games still do that you felt like you had to bash on gen 1 for the same reason? You never justify a game by trying to say that another wasn't better
You'reThatMantis how come i lost three times to him and not even once to any of the trial captains kahunas and totem pokemons in sun and ultra sun? Even though pokemons in x an y were extraordinary and in sm and usum dull and slow?
50 things wrong with Pokemon Sun and Moon, you might as well get it done before people start spamming that question, just letting you know now before people spam the question
So it's unfair that Charizard gets two Mega Evolutions, but Mewtwo can get away with it? (For the record, I think that BOTH of them shouldn't have two, instead they should have gave them to two other pokemon or create two new pokemon for the region)
SuperLuigi9624 You're kidding right? Charizard X's movepool makes hardly any use of its stats/ability. As for Charizard Y being a good wall breaker....lolwut? I have yet for one to get passed either of my walls. A reuniclus and Miltank. Neither are exceptional walls, yet they both stop CharY in his tracks.
charizard got 2 because of 1 reason. its the strongest pokémon of the 2 protagonists. red and ash. red being the strongest trainer of all time. and ash being the most recognised face of trainers in all of its community. so maybe ash's charizard will go Mega Y at some point.
Rising_Star_ fun fact red in the manga have a venusaur instead . also Charizard is the worst fire starter and the worst kanto starter why do you think you they gave him two mega evolution ? because he was so useless than he need two
Fushigibana yeah but the manga red isnt the cannon one neither is he the awesome one. the real red which is the biggest character in the pokemon video games series has charizard as his trademark pokémon. actually charizard is a better fire starter then 3 other ones. typhlosion emboar and delphox. charizard in battle can defeat both blastoice and venusaur easily. charizard is far from my favourite but i can accept when it when he's simply a better poke then others.
X and Y held your hand more than Sun and Moon. it's VERY possible to beat the game without catching a single wild 'mon due to getting two starters and Lucario, plus the fossil. albeit it takes a bit more grinding than usual, but you'll have 2 main elements, a fire/steel, and a rock or ground type in a HIGHLY underleveled game.
Mega Pokeravsgamer oh... kinda forgot about that one since it was in ORAS, is for an event legendary and isn't actually obtainable without the use of an event.
To me, Aqua and Magma were the worst. It's like they don't get that people/Pokemon need both earth and water to survive. They annoyed me so much while I played Ruby...
But they wanted to help pokemon, unlike what I think is the worst team, team galactic, who just wanted to rule the world. Also, we don't land to live, there are these things called boats
they introduced less than 70 pokemon why? they ran out of ideas they introduced mega evolutions why? they ran out of ideas the birds are roaming the region instead of new legendaries why? they ran out of ideas there is a pokemon that is literally a keychain why? they ran out of ideas Lysandre's haircut looks like the letter Y why? because they ran out of ideas for haircuts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
+Yon Ki You must see sun and moon. They really are running out of idea's The names of the pokemon are terrible. They redesigned gen 1 pokemon like making sandshrew white. And I will get hate for this but most new pokemon look ugly
I'm gonna explain my opinions about the points that I'm not ok with, because ther's a lot of very bad points. 1. No matter if the new Pokemon are not too many or too much, people always spit on that point. 2. Cause Charizard is overrated. 6. You would say the same for any legendaries... 8. Hats, tops, pants, shoes, accessories, bags, skin colour, hair, eyes and a lot of choice. 10. Friend Safari is to...have friends! (and for shiny hunting) 11. Almost all the designs are great, original and have significations (except for Klefki). 12. All gens have their uncreative attack names (lovely kiss huh) 14. And you only talk about their design? Team Rocket is not too bad as worst evil team...(yay we're gonna cut the Slowpoke's tails and sell them!) 16. 6th gen is not finish yet! Just wait before saying that. 18. Dépends on what Pokemon you've been bringing and their levels 20. Same for number 18. 22. Serioulsy it's like for Pokémons! People always scream when there are new pokeballs, and they always scream when there aren't! 24. Stop to see sick things everywhere. 26. Ok man, you was not forced to say that. I am french and proud of it, now would you be happy if I have said mean things about you or your nationality? I don't think so. That was easy huh? You moron... 29. Do you know what are fairy tales? Dragons are mainly considered like evil creatures, and the inverse for the fairies. Next time do some research. 30. Wait a bit!!! XY were in 2013, ORAS in 2014...Maybe we shall calm down a bit on Pokemon games? 34. What do wanted?? A Mega-Gardevoir that not ressembles with Gardevoir, with wings, fins, claws, fangs and a pig head? 35. Ok so catch me 26 shinies in one hour. 37. Useless point. Ressembles to the n°11. Ok say to us, you didn't have much ideas for this point huh? 42. Because everybody knows Pikachu voice. Do you see a random guy who is playing Pokemon for the first time and recognizes Klinklang voice? And seriously, ther's 720 Pokemon! Go find the people to make all the voices... 44. Why do you want the seasons comeback if you don't even like them? 45. Because they are...MEGAS!! Ta-ta-da! 46. Then turn it off! 48. That's called "setting". If there weren't all this places, the game would be empty. 50. They are your rivals but also your friends. Don't tell me that you only have one friend in your real life... That's it. I know some guys won't be ok with my opinions, but I don't care, these are my opinions.
Otulissa Just gonna add a few things: 2: this point doesn't make any sense. 3: Fanservice. 4: f*ck off, seriously. 8: If anything character customization is a good point. Since there was none before, it's not like they downgraded it. Also you always have a hat in pokemon. 10: Friend safari was for the hidden abilities and IV breeding, it was an awesome idea. 11: The gen 6 dex was awesome imo. Panda, talon, pyroar, delphox... they just are all incredible. 12: First you're basing this on the translations. And your example is terrible, trick or treat is a great attack name for what it does. On top of that what the hell is a "creative attack name"? Flamethrower? 13: Looker quest, restaurants, castle, Friend safari,... gen6 was far from the best but also far from the worst. 14: If thought team flare was a really neat idea, they actually fuck shit up and seem pretty organised through the story , all their actions made sense. And they're kinda suppose to represent beauty and class. And just by comparison they are way better than team galaxy who literally just faf around until a few individuals make shit go down for 5 minutes at the end of the game. 15: Fuck mr bonding, nobody likes him. 19: Again, that's a good point. 21: Got fixed pretty fast tho. 24: ? 25: Good point. 26: Bad point. 27-28: Console limitations, can't blame them. Hopefully we'll see a new pokemon game on the new 3ds. 29: So balancing the game is a bad point? Ok... 30: Following the pattern at which the games come out, if there's one it would go out about now. 31: Annoying, but fixed. 33: Bad point. It's just evolving further but stays the same pokemon, of course it will look the same. Yet there isn't a single mega that looks horrid for now. 36: Nothing ever happens with ghosts in pokemon, they're just there like in every game. 37: Chesnaught evolutionary line is original and awesome, I don't even know what you're trying to say. 40: ? 42: Pikachu is the mascot bro. 46: Good point, ex share was so bad. 47: You couldn't be more wrong, Starter, inkay, bunnelby, fletchinder, littleo, floette, helioptile, swirlix, scatterbug, pancham, honedge, clauncher, fossile, hawlucha they are all available fairy early in the game meaning you can easily do your game with only 6g pokemon. I actually had issues with what 6g pokemon to use everytime. 50: You have ONE rival, like every other game. The others are just friends and most of the time you don't even battle them. Hell the fatty and the nerd aren't there most of the time and don't give 2 shits about pokemon battles.
Otulissa kind of tired of people ragging on klefki like someone just looked at a keyring and made it a pokemon. They keys are not the pokemon people! It's dex entry and defeat animation even show as much! It steals keys and other small items it can hold and is based off of similar fairy like creatures in various folklore around the globe that do that exact same thing. You know, to explain why things get lost.
I hated this video just because of how stupid and nonsensical it was. Completly agree with you. Also Klefki is by far one of the most original designs of gen 6. Fairies are known as thiefs/guardians of little objects like buttons, teeth, keys, ... And its dual-type steel/fairy is amazing.
they made greninja (my favourite starter) really overpowered with it being able to learn dark type flying type and water type attacks making it have super effective moves to the fire type starter and a 4 times effectiveness for the grass type starter...you know the one your meant to fear for your own starter
One thing I didn't like was that, there were some unnecessary mega evolutions. Pokemon like Absol, Mawile, Medicham and Banette has low stats, and I think these Pokemon deserved a normal evolution, rather than a mega evolution.
No. The bugginess of the first two Gens in particular was by far worse. Not to mention you had no real post game in the first gen except. Cerulean Cave? How exciting. Even the Battle Maison is a BIG step up from that. This is just your demonstrably very incorrect opinion because Gen 1, while the most nostalgic for many (myself included) is objectively the worst game of the series when you ignore the nostalgia bias
DeltaGaming no it forgot about that when you was in the victory road with lvl 45 up pokemon with no place to grind since the strongest pokemon in victory road is around 35 yeah really great
Which is fine because it's actually useless. Why would you take 40 minutes to an hour to do one Pokémon with ST when you can use hordes to do an entire team in 20 to 30 minutes? Only newbs who don't know better and noobs who don't care to know better will. Absolutely no competitive player has a use for ST since hordes were introduced at the same time and you don't need anything but the default gained EVs from trainers to play the in-game. Now, if it were a game like the fan made Pokémon Reborn in which the gyms are competitively focused and you have a set level cap for ALL Pokémon based on your badges (which locks you to the Gym Leaders level - unless you like to play risking them hitting themselves, and sleeping, and just not doing anything because all Pokémon above the cap act as if they're traded and above the level in the main games) OR if you had the choice to turn up the difficulty to make the game like that... Well, then you could make an argument for ST not being entirely useless. But it is objectively worthless as the games are, and for all players. All they did was waste their time coding it because no one who knows what they're doing wants it and the ones who don't know what they're doing don't need it (but are probably wasting their own time using it).
Honestly I liked super training, but I didn't do it that much. But my pachirisu, (for example), really benefited from it, and its speed increased dramatically! Resulting in my opponents feel the wrath of a cute, furry, electric squirrel! Pokemon amie was better because I felt like that Pokemon was there with and I got to pet it and have fun with it. Plus the friendship is a lot more useful now.
Gulls Listen here. If you prefer one way over the other, fine. I don't give a damn, to be honest. But don't you just go around calling us noob for liking something you don't.
ORAS was way better than XY. (I haven't even played the original R/S so I'm not just saying this because I hate newer stuff) And I thought the post-game was so amazing, I liked it better than the main story. Because of Zinnia and stuff. AND HOENNSHIPPINGGGGGG~
Just a refresher its a opinion Although ORAS has a bit more content than X and Y i enjoyed playing X and Y better than ruby and omega ruby probably because I expected alot of things on omega ruby but X and Y was a new game for me. Of course ORAS has more megas it dos'nt have customaizaton of characters but its my opinion who really cares
I never played Ruby or Sapphire so they were both new games. X/Y had only 52ish new pokemon so it was really boring, and some of the designs were pretty stupid. And the story to ORAS was a million times better (catching groudon/kyogre was awesome)
"IT'S BLUE AND BLACK" "NO IT'S WHITE AND GOLD" "Actually, the dress is blue and black. The owner of the dress posted a picture of it." "LETS KEEP ARGUING ABOUT IT ANYWAYS"
You're not. Klefki actually has an interesting design story. It's not "just a keychain". It's actually based on how fairy's are known to cause mischief, and steal small objects.
First Major Problem: Super training is impossible for left-handers. I had to learn to use my right hand to be accurate to hit the goals, and it still feels uncomfortable.
Gen 6 is way too easy. I beat X and Y so fast that I didn't even remember any gym leaders or E4 members, they were just so forgetable. I'm playing omega ruby at the moment, doing a nuzlocke of it actually. Waaay too easy. I've breezed through half the game already, taking the gyms out in a minute or two. The previous games were much more challenging and memorable. I think the reason for the decreases difficulty is probably because so many little kids play the games though.
1. The Exp Share. 2. Experience with the games makes it less of a challenge. 3. They could just fix it so you're always under leveled compared to your rival and people you battle.
+ZombiecoHQ funny, I was actually doing the opposite and wanted to catch as much as I could before the E4, got about 190-something out of 210. By the time i beat the E4, my main team were in their 70s-80s.
I love x and y! It was my first gen and I love it. My problems are lack of new pokemon, difficulty, CHARIZARD BIAS, Lack of postgame, and Zygarde just... being there
What really disappoints me is how you get a FREE Mega Lucario by just the 3rd gym. That completely ruins the fun of finding a wild Riolu and evolving it.
Gen 1 was the most broken, glitchiest piece of shit there has ever been, which would crash so much it was ridiculous. Genwunners just give it special treatment because BS nostalgia and being blind to the fact that it was TRASH. I've never played it myself, but lots of people are like you. They just stay silent as to not offend the 30 year olds
My two main problems with X&Y is A) The game's insultingly easy and B) Team Flare and Lysandre are just the Diet Coke version of Team Galactic and Cyrus. I love the Megas, the new Pokes, the Pokedex, the Region, finally getting character customization but the post-game was so much more enjoyable than the main game for me.
My thinking being that we didn't really know gen 6 Pokemon yet, so why give them megas? Since we knew about the older gens Nintendo Wanted to introduce us to mega evolution. But then again, diancie got a mega, but then again, it was kinda introduced in Oras even though we knew about it in x and y. So I think that's why, but yeah that is a little weird though. I would have liked to see a mega greninja and the mega fire type starter's evolution actually on all 4. But it's whatevs I guess
Omar Ben Yeah I can definitely understand that but it just seems weird that no native Kalos Pokémon were able to do it but I strongly believe we'll be getting a ton in the next games.
desdar100 Actually, they stated Mega Evolutions were based on what people liked the most (thus also explaining why Mewtwo and Charizard got two each). They also said NO Gen 5 or six Pokémon would get Mega evolutions this Gen (presumably since it was the most recent two Gens and they can't really be long time favorites). Now, of course they have gone out of that by doing Audino and Diancie but that is still only 2 and one of them was to sell games (since if you wanted Mega Diancie you had to have at least one copy of X/Y and later pick up one of OR/AS). So I really wouldn't expect them to do any others for Gen 6 at least. MAYBE Volcanion in the Kalos follow ups (since OR/AS gives Hoopa another forme too), but that will likely be it.
Why is everyone hating on Klefki so much? I really liked it and it was a good addition during one of my Nuzlocke runs. The argument that it is just a key doesn't count when the game gave us inanimated object Pokemons all the time since the first generation. How about a Pokeball with eyes, a pile of mud or even a freaking ROCK with eyes as a Pokemon design? Really, what makes them so acceptable but a key all of the sudden is a bad thing?
Klefki is a key with fairy powers that can attack, can flight e etc = BOOO bad design... out of creativity Rattata is a... Rat... = OMG IS JUST TO GENIUSSS! (Srry bad english)
*i realize this comment is a year old* In this specific video, he didn't bring up those bad gen 1 Pokemon because he is talking about gen 6. Also Klefki may be cute, but it's a set of keys. I love it, it's just that it's got a pretty basic inspiration
1. well the new Pokemons were awesome. better like the gen 5 sh*t. (90% of those were horrible) 2. starters are always good for story mode. 3. Kanto Pokemon like the starters and the legendary birds are favourites of many people and I liked that they brought them back. 4. I could go on but I stop here to make a final point: you are really overreacting with this video. I mean, yeah, you have some really good points but they are rather on the technical side. For all others, no no and no. I play Pokemon since Gen 1 and no I am no fanboy. (maybe for Halo though ;)) And X & Y helped Pokemon getting popular again. After Gen 5 wasn't that big of a deal. So pls next time try to be more objective and fair. really love your videos dude.
my friending, if not obvious, lot of the vid's a joke, nitpicking pointless things _and gen 5 didn't have that much bad designs, don't talk about trash bag thing or i will throw Muk, Grimer and so many other inanimate objects turned pokemon at you it's not even funny. Tell me what was good about air pollution pokemon_ Though I won't deny it, all gens have the problem of a decent amount of them being lackluster and bland, (including gen 5)
About Pikachu, I've noticed that in the Kalos PokéDex, Pikachu's cry is "Pikachu", while encountering it in battle (wild or foe), the cry is different.
Personally this is what I think: Fuck pokemon Z or X/Y2,just give us a Kantro remake, still haven't even completed alpha sapphire even thou I played shitloads of XY via wifi. Kanto would just be so much more interesting to me atleast
My understandin' about fairies defeatin' dragons is that in many FAIRY tales dragons are kinda de enemies and they're always defeated by usually a prince to rescue a princess or somethin' so I think they're wentin' from there.. Also yeah, defeatin' dragons was kinda lame BUT the meta game got better since Dragons were pretty OP, they could only be defeated by themselfs and Ice pokemons and most dragons learn Flamethrower anyways and most Ice pokemons are slow so kinda defeates the purpose, also made the Poison types more usefull since they defeat fairies and yes, the mini-games are boorin' but a easier and faster way of gettin' the EVs so.. Also the friend safary is lame for only havin' 3 pokemons but these 3 pokemons can come with hidden abilities and are easier to get with addictional IVs, so in this case only havin' 3 pokemons is good cuz you don't waste your time lookin' for them.
Apparently _and yes i'm five years late ik_ it's because faeries are based off of the Fae, which were known to defeat dragons. If i find the original comment i'll send it
"The nerdy kid that I could never tell if they were a boy or a girl" Preeeeetty accurate.
Cringy Child I though itbwas obvious obvious trevor was a male when looking at a picture of him
True hehe
Prof. Oak can relate.
My only issue with X and Y is that there is next to nothing to do after the main game.
face palm* you can do tines of stuff like trading battling and others
+SCK And that's about it, compared to previous generations with new areas to explore and new Pokemon to catch after beating the champion, there really is a lack of things to do.
+Lacaras21 you can catch shinys to trade for better pokemon and you can find legendarys and fill up your pokedex and other stuff
+SCK I can get shinies in any game, and they're pretty pointless. The only legendary worth while is Zygarde. I guess it's an opinion, if you think there is plenty to do, then that's good for you, to me there is way too little fun post game content.
+SCK Do you even know what your even talking about? He's means Post-game shit like after you finish the main story. It's not that hard to understand
lumiose city was one of the most confusing locations ever in a video game
+ThePunkPhantom i got a migraine walking around there
+OtakuSasuke Why are you so mad?
+OtakuSasuke Well with other games there isn't much symmetry to large cities, this means that you can easily spot a key monument to get around. However, in Lumiose City the outskirts of the city made it hard to tell as there were alleyways that looked pitch-perfect like each other.
YESSSSS
yea like when I first started the game I was going to To beat the 6th gym leader and I got lost in Lumiose city just to find that route
Anyone think Lysandre has a bit of the same behavior as Hitler?
Killing everyone who doesn't fit into his idea of a perfect world?
Vendorian it is stange how team flare is copying team magma🧐
*H O L Y F U C K*
He probably wanted to make kalos fell
XD
Zoe Lindwall didnt team magma want more land? lysandre wanted to nuke the world kind of like cyrus
Hey Brandon, you should do a follow up to this series, but instead it should be the 50 Good things about each Pokemon Generation, how does that sound?
^ YES
Willowshade Warrior-Cat Cool!
PLEASSEEE
I LIKE IT!
or, do 50 things wrong with the remakes. But I think ur idea is better
after watching the fireworks with shauna you get the TM for Protect 0_o
hahhahahahahaha
lol
And if you are a girl it's the same O.o
I ran out of ideas nooooo!!!!
GUY WITH A SWORD
so we heard u like rivals
have some more
You get a rival, YOU get a rival, look under your chairs, everyone gets a rival!
Willowshade Warrior-Cat *Tears of joy* XD
Willowshade Warrior-Cat XD lol
That's funny
I bet in Gen 7 when you get introduced to your rivals, like a bus full of people come to meet you.
Fairy types are based off of fae, which, by their myths, are strong against dragons. Everything on Fairy types actually makes sense to me EXCEPT what Pokemon were chosen for Fairy types.
***** Ironically, because I understand fae, Mawile isn't one that I was confused on. It's mainly Mr. Mime that confuses me. {Kinda Snubbul/Granbull too, but mainly Mr. Mime}
+Shadow Bri Floette always bugged me with her pure fairy typing. It looks like a darn grass type, and even it's evolved form has the flower it's holding turn into it's body...so why give her PURE fairy?
it'd make more sense for clefable to become a ghost type.
Togekiss xD
Granbull xD
ITS BONDING TIIIIIME
+Conor Comedian Oh dear god.
Glitchy of the Intel Pyros *O power gained*
do i need an adult?
rui uchiha I ate the adult
nom nom
nom nom
tasty
+rui uchiha crap baskets
I have always questioned Mr Bonding from pokemon X and Y, "What does he do to you after the screen turns black, Why are we next to a bed" *IT'S BONDING TIME*
Pedoursa confirmed
There's a really weird event in ORAS that shows the origin of Mr. Bonding. There are some strange men standing in certain pokemon centers, and when you talk to them they give you an O-Power without the creepy bonding time. If you talk to all of them and then got to "the apartment of a powerless man" in Mauville Heights, they will all be there with the "powerless man," and fuse together with him to make...
Mr. Bonding. (DUN DUN DUUUUUNNNNNNNNN)
Oh, um that explains it...?
Professor Augustine Sycamore Yeah, it's really weird and complicated.
Dont Panic lol you made a mistake it's mauville hills not height lolololol
Why is the dancing rival so fat if he exercises often???
Nothing ever makes sense in pkmn lol
Nothing ever makes sense in LIFE
Adib Rifai You've just given me an existensial crisis.
Because life is unfair
holy swiss cheese how many +1's is this going to get
People say Klefki is uncreative because it's just a set of keys, but that's like saying Pikachu is just a mouse or Charizard is just a dragon, or Mr. Mime is just a creepy guy in a clown costume
A set of keys. A fucking set of keys 😂
+Ndoh Stray A mouse. A fucking mouse 😂
A mouse is much more interesting than a f***ing set of keys. Plus, pikachu doesn't even look like a mouse...
+The Wooliest Yoshi But Mr. Mime is just a creepy guy in a clown costume.
My problem with Klefki is I always thought of Pokemon as mystical animals even ones like magnetite but klefki seems so....lifeless robotic Pokemon at least gave off the expression that they weren't robotic
If you know what I'm saying.I don't know what Im saying.
You forgot to add: The haunted house in this game was a let down...
Yup, it was too cheesy...
TheYuccaPlant I was just wanting a real scare. (Or at least as big of one that pokemon is allowed to give)
The story involved opening a refrigerator in the man's house.
He doesn't own a fridge.
Articuno Forever Maybe after he opened it he got rid of it
Autumn Heart And forgot to buy a new one?
Oh the things that drove me nuts were this >:)
1. I caught a Riolu and trained it up to a Lucario then got offered one for free with better stats after my hard work and emotional bonding (yes I get attached to these pixels, I know, I'm a nerd haha)
2. I thought we could ride Skiddo/Gogoat *everywhere* so I caught one and everything thinking I'd maybe be given an item to ride about on him ;~;
3. Also, why a goat pokemon to ride about on? You don't see people in real life riding goats, they ride horses so if anything, we should have been able to travel about on Ponyta or Rapidash haha
4. I mean just on Rapidash, wouldn't it be cool if it got a megaevolution but with like faming wings?
But overall, it was pretty epic, I really loved Omega Ruby though :D
Maybe we couldn't ride on the ponyta/rapidash because it had fire on it. That would be quite dangerous.
Omar Ben
In the anime you could ride one. The flame cool down if it trust you.
But the appeal of Pokemon is bonding with the bunch of pixels you catch, to the point of when you stop playing it feels like you murdered them all
PokefyStudios
Yeah haha, I just rejected the free Lucario, took it's Lucarionite and gave it to mine. In the end I just couldn't dump the one I'd caught and raised in my box :') haha c:
Also, I'd love to hear Brendon talk about his favourite things in the pokemon games, I'm dying to hear him go on about how epic the delta episode was so that I can just sit and agree with him hahaha
I raised my riolu into a lucario, and then relized I would got a better one....I kept them both, and even gave them the same nickname
why did the gym leaders only have up to 3 pokemon? that is just to easu
Easu*
Gym leaders have 3
Elite 4 have 4
Champion has 6
I hate this change, I get they're trying to make the champion more awesome since its the only trainer you fight with a full team but that just makes everyone else WAY easier and the champion is easy as hell as well
Nick the Sick Tick i honestly like the uniform team numbers. I guess unevenness messes with my ocd
how about if they only have 3 pokemon, but instead u can only use 3 pokemon as well?
mby thats still gonna be too ez since the fact that gymleader got monotype pokemon...
1212imnormal that would be great
I personally think that the friend safari was pretty neat.
Way better than the Safari Zones from Gens 1-4.
Alexander Murgia I like it for one reasonSHINIES, SHINIES EVERYWHERE
Alexander Murgia I have a fighting type one with Pancham, Machoke, and Tyrouge, add me guys.
Name: CWB/Auraien in game
fc: 2595-1905-9180
+Bob The Walrus
YESSSSSSSSSS
I've found atleast 5 shoineys from the friend safari
I loved EXP share. It saved unwanted time grinding up weaker pokemon.
Wow. You must really suck at Pokemon.
+E M BUCK Actually, when it came out, I became very picky about my team and made constant adjustments to it throughout the game, such as breeding the perfect IV's for a specific pokemon that I wanted on my team. Having an EXP share that covered multiple Pokemon became useful to level up the newly hatched or transfered.
tell me them , why grinding is a good thing ?
kidi
Victor Gloom: "EXP share makes grinding faster, therefore I like it."
You: "Haha you suck".
you *literally* just played pokemon recently
it's pretty poorly paced (the first and second gym were so far apart, while since others were super close to each other) and the plot is very uninteresting too.
I don't like how the legendaries didn't contribute basically anything to the story, and the fact so many old Pokémon were accessible and kinda forced on you took away from the new Pokémons memorability.
probably the worst main series title for me.
also, too ez
I agree, this is probably the worst main series game
+Robin6996 shut up black and white is the worst
Luc Hermans *gen 4
What are you jokers talking about? Gen 5 was maybe the best, and gen 4 had the gsc remakes
YOU EVOLVED ONCE MORE BY GROWING YOUR MUSTACHE 😨
I SHALL MEGA EVOLVE WHEN I GROW A FULL BEARD!
ABrandonToThePast OH MY GOSH
MEGA BRANDON CONFIRMED
***** NOW WITH MORE HAIR POWERS
Rising Fire Amabu that sums up the tough process the with mega ampharos
mywlan2 it's a fluffy electric dragon thing :D
You know what i hate? The fact lucario was PUSHED everywhere in this game.
its your first mega evolution, trainers have them everywhere, its got it own giant statue.
for fucksakes!
But..Lucario is lyfe.
I love lucario, but it's so much less special to just have them handed out.
lucario is pretty awesome though
mega lucario was the first pokemon to mega evolve and it was said in the games
thatmewtwo Naw, twas Rayquaza is thy 1st.
Similarly, Jynx has no problem with being touched on her breasts.”
20: Like the Elite Four, I’ve never found Gym Leaders to be that difficult most of the time.
21: Thank Lord Arcoos I never experienced this glitch.
22: I was really hoping for a ball that was good for catching Flying types.
23: “Today we’re dancing for no reason.”
24: Even my overly sarcastic Hydreigon doesn’t know how to respond to this.
50: This is my opinion on all the rivals:
Tierno: What the...
Trevor: “Yogurt! You caught a Caterpie? That’s so interesting!”
Shauna: Why does she look like a Gothitelle?
VOTE NOW!
Keep it!
Keep it
You look good with the stache, Keep It.
X is perfect
shave it.
This is probably my least favourite generation. Mega evolution was awesome, and the Pokemon that *were* introduced. But it was just so boring... And easy...
Owen Luxford it was dissapointing for a new generation still really liked it
Oj Luxy same gen 6 was boring the only Pokemon I loved was swirlix calauncher hawlucha xerneas greninja froakie gogat skiddo klefki slyeon pancham sylveon
@Gamer Boi 2.0 nah
Graphics wise I loved how pretty everything looked. Wasn’t a fan of some of the new mons, there weren’t enough mega evolutions, not enough character customization, and the game felt way too short.
interesting characters? Tierno can be summed up in 2 words: likes dancing. That's it! That's all he has to offer. he and trevor could've been cut out and no one would've missed them
+Einar Grude Really what was the point of having multiple rivals if only one of them is available to battle post-game
+youtube's new comment system is stupid. The others we're there to show you how weak rivals can be
+youtube's new comment system is stupid.
You can actually battle Tierno Post-game as well!
Israel Miranda Jr My memory may be hazy but I'm pretty sure you couldn't, unless you count pairing with him in battle maison
Einar Grude all of them were likable with trevor being my fav thanks to the same way of thinking in anime he picked the best starter and in the game picked the best nick name for me the one i picked for my self long time ago. For that he is "my main man" as PurpleRodri says
*pauses at 44* Weren't you just complaining about them in in black and white!?
No, I complained about the in game seasons not keeping up with the seasons in real time. I really liked the seasons feature and I wish it would make a comeback!
Oh, well I misheard then... My bad.
ABrandonToThePast especially since you can import a Deerling/Sawsbuck (or catch one in ORAS) in a Gen VI game, only to see him not changing colour anymore :(
DalekGames yeah... i was really exited to catch a deerling to see it change colour...
Tac Nayn same, but it looks like I'm stuck with a pink-mantled Deerling unless I trade some from BW. Oh wait, I don't have BW... :(
Faeries beat dragons because among other thing Lancelot a famous dragon slayer was raised by faeries in some myths
Huh. That's quite interesting, actually.
O wait....
You don't get to be champion without knowing how to use FULL RESTORE.
*Fairies
Owen Owenator Both are right. Faeries is the old-time way of saying Fairies
Which is pronounced the same
Uncreative naming will never be an issue with Pokemon to me.
You never justify a game by trying to say that another wasn't better
grant is the worst gym leader to date
What about Whitney!
when I said worst I meant the most pathetic not most annoying
No, Grant was one of the more decent rivals haha
Chuck Norris
you can defend him with all the roundhouse kicks you want but grant was still terrible
You'reThatMantis how come i lost three times to him and not even once to any of the trial captains kahunas and totem pokemons in sun and ultra sun? Even though pokemons in x an y were extraordinary and in sm and usum dull and slow?
51. Getting bunnelbys and fletchlings in wondertrade :D
That's why I wonder trade shinies and legendaries.
Willowshade Warrior-Cat sometimes i feel like generating a box full of shinies and then wondertrade them
TheYuccaPlant I've already sent a bunch of shiny Ralts through wonder trade.
I got a shiny charmander by wondertrade
I gave the person a male combee (insert trollface here)
Level 100 Shiny Ho-oh
50 things wrong with Pokemon Sun and Moon, you might as well get it done before people start spamming that question, just letting you know now before people spam the question
1:20 Because Satoshi Tajiri's (Creator/Inventor of Pokemon) favorite starter was Charizard.
Favouritism
The bows on Shauna's dress look like Gothitelle's bows.
GOTHITELLE SHAUNA
I don't like how Velma from Scooby-Doo males a cameo.
what is males?
he means makes
+Alon Moiseev young child a male is guy (penis)
Royal Pear what do you even mean?
"not many gen 6 megas"
you mean none,right?
So it's unfair that Charizard gets two Mega Evolutions, but Mewtwo can get away with it? (For the record, I think that BOTH of them shouldn't have two, instead they should have gave them to two other pokemon or create two new pokemon for the region)
Charizard got two because people like him too much,he is actually bad in competitive, but mewtwo was to get both versions.
Rising_Star_ fun fact red in the manga have a venusaur instead . also Charizard is the worst fire starter and the worst kanto starter why do you think you they gave him two mega evolution ? because he was so useless than he need two
Fushigibana
yeah but the manga red isnt the cannon one neither is he the awesome one. the real red which is the biggest character in the pokemon video games series has charizard as his trademark pokémon.
actually charizard is a better fire starter then 3 other ones. typhlosion emboar and delphox.
charizard in battle can defeat both blastoice and venusaur easily.
charizard is far from my favourite but i can accept when it when he's simply a better poke then others.
_There's also a trainer that gives you a Lapras._
Team flare is the worse evil team
Team yell: allow us to introduce ourselves
It's not an evil team it's a bunch of stans
there are actually NO mega evolutions for Gen 6 pokemon, and only 1 gen 5 mega evolution, which wasn't even introduced until ORAS
*cough *cough Diancie *cough
Mega Pokeravsgamer True, but that wasn't in xy, it was in oras
Mega Pokeravsgamer oh...
kinda forgot about that one since it was in ORAS, is for an event legendary and isn't actually obtainable without the use of an event.
GadgetGavinGaming I'm talking about Gen 6 in general.
victikirby15 It's still a Mega Evolution though.
Oh, so fruit, vegetables, all animals that humans eat can survive on a boat? :)
You're gonna Need a bigger boat
Vegetables=seaweed, meat=fish
Simple
Also there are these things called pots
*Gen 7* "Why's my rival not a butt?"
Problem number 51
That dang Furfou puzzle.
It made me stop playing Pokémon X for a year, when I finally figured it out, I played it again
they introduced less than 70 pokemon
why? they ran out of ideas
they introduced mega evolutions
why? they ran out of ideas
the birds are roaming the region instead of new legendaries
why? they ran out of ideas
there is a pokemon that is literally a keychain
why? they ran out of ideas
Lysandre's haircut looks like the letter Y
why? because they ran out of ideas for haircuts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
yo dude chill
ShellaTurtle
but they ran out of ideas for the bad guy's haircut!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
+Yon Ki yeah and I agree that lysandre was lame overall but still
don't you think you're overreacting a little?
ShellaTurtle about the haircut thing i was joking, about everything else in the comment, not really
+Yon Ki You must see sun and moon.
They really are running out of idea's
The names of the pokemon are terrible.
They redesigned gen 1 pokemon like making sandshrew white.
And I will get hate for this but most new pokemon look ugly
"The gym leaders were too easy!"
Ash sinks to his knees and cries.
(and for shiny hunting)
11. Almost all the designs are great, original and have significations (except for Klefki).
12. All gens have their uncreative attack names (lovely kiss huh)
14. And you only talk about their design? Team Rocket is not too bad as worst evil team...(yay we're gonna cut the Slowpoke's tails and sell them!)
16. 6th gen is not finish yet! Just wait before saying that.
18. Dépends on what Pokemon you've been bringing and their levels
Otulissa Just gonna add a few things:
2: this point doesn't make any sense.
Luc Hayward Thank you!
Johtonian Ali it's nice to see someone give the little guy his due.
they made greninja (my favourite starter) really overpowered with it being able to learn dark type flying type and water type attacks making it have super effective moves to the fire type starter and a 4 times effectiveness for the grass type starter...you know the one your meant to fear for your own starter
Agreed Seena chesnaught didn't even baffle me used acrobatics on it with my greninja
3:03 - 3:10
...says this before Pokemon XYZ
One thing I didn't like was that, there were some unnecessary mega evolutions. Pokemon like Absol, Mawile, Medicham and Banette has low stats, and I think these Pokemon deserved a normal evolution, rather than a mega evolution.
Been playing since pokemon season 1 aired and I gotta say gen 5 was one of the greatest games we got in a long time.
Same, been pokemon fan since gen 1
I really like your videos. You're not like "No, this is bad," but you actually explain say why it's bad.
eh, some of this was a joke, but some of it does have valid points, so i'm with you
_sorry for late reply_
You are wonderful. This is my fourth video of yours in the last hour. I have subscribed.
Blastoise is my favorite gen 1 Pokemon but Charizard is the most popular starter that's my guess why it has 2 mega evolutions
yes that right
nope. Charizard has 2 megas because they were made to reference Kyurem Black (Charizard X) and Kyurem White. (Charizard Y)
pokemon xy was not the best pokemon game but I enjoyed it VERY MUCH. And I think that's what truly matters.☺
@8 HYDRA in my opinion you have the worst opinion in the world.
Just kidding, but I still do love X/Y tbh.
While X and Y didn't have MANY problems, they had the WORST problems over all.
Gulls At least Gen 1 didn't hold your hand the entire time...
DeltaGaming no it forgot about that when you was in the victory road with lvl 45 up pokemon with no place to grind since the strongest pokemon in victory road is around 35 yeah really great
John jonsson that is called poor design and gen 2 is much worse with that
mywlan2 i know thats why i always go through gen 2 with my starter only so i have a lvl 65ish feraligatr or Typhloson
Did Anyone else try to find the Gen V video?
"You have to use the DIRECTIONAL PAD!"
And?
_four years late to it but i'm pretty sure majority of this is satire, or a joke_
Another thing that is wrong with Super Training is that it's pretty hard for left-handed people.
"This game was rushed!" "There's no Pokemon Z yet!" Holy crap, slow down.
ur right.
I don't see what's wrong with fairy beating dragon because in fairy tales, the dragon is usually slayed in the end.
30: Points outs issues with original series, asks for sequels.
True lol
team flare is bad? look at team yell now :/
I hate how true this is
What exactly killed az's Floette in the war
If it isn’t explain, you can make up whatever excuse you want, I go with poke-measels!
It obviously died from a few random hyper beams lol
ORAS was way better than XY. (I haven't even played the original R/S so I'm not just saying this because I hate newer stuff) And I thought the post-game was so amazing, I liked it better than the main story. Because of Zinnia and stuff.
AND HOENNSHIPPINGGGGGG~
Funny seeing you here
But i beg to differ from your opinion
Hm what's your opinion then?
Just a refresher its a opinion
Although ORAS has a bit more content than X and Y i enjoyed playing X and Y better than ruby and omega ruby probably because I expected alot of things on omega ruby but X and Y was a new game for me.
David Heredia In my opinion, X/Y was a pain to play through, but ORAS had me constantly playing it.
Next: Blue-Black and White-Gold
No
"IT'S BLUE AND BLACK"
"NO IT'S WHITE AND GOLD"
"Actually, the dress is blue and black. The owner of the dress posted a picture of it."
"LETS KEEP ARGUING ABOUT IT ANYWAYS"
Blastoise meets Zekrom.
Reshiram meets Ho-oh.
GOD DAMNIT.
That is the best idea I ever heard.
MCruben3000 Tenouttaten
we *DON'T* want pokemon X and Y remakes. we *NEED* pokemon Z
“Team flare is the worst team ever”
Gen 8 says hi
_Gen 3 and 4 say hi too._
@@geg708 I think Team Galactic and Maga/Aqua were better than Neo-Nazi team flare and shout everything we're a fanclub Team Yell
Hey, I love Klefki. D: Nice video though.
me too.
I thought I was the only one
You're not. Klefki actually has an interesting design story. It's not "just a keychain". It's actually based on how fairy's are known to cause mischief, and steal small objects.
Eddie R. you can put all the thought in the world into a pokemon design that is a keychain but at the end of the day, its still just a keychain.
Chris Green
Shhhh.
First Major Problem: Super training is impossible for left-handers. I had to learn to use my right hand to be accurate to hit the goals, and it still feels uncomfortable.
I found these E4 members challenging. Especially compared to gen 1.
The exp share was one of the best and relieving new changes ! no more grinding!
+ZombiecoHQ funny, I was actually doing the opposite and wanted to catch as much as I could before the E4, got about 190-something out of 210. By the time i beat the E4, my main team were in their 70s-80s.
for me, i think gen 6 was about fan favoriting competitive players and gen 1 pokemon fans.
"Bitch bitch whine whine"
If you don't like it, don't play. Easy as that.
Pokémon Y was (I think) my very first Pokémon game and I will always appreciate it for that
Can't wait for pokemon sun and moon mistakes
+Annorak Ahrom the starters turned me down to rock bottom BUT the cats final evolution might change my mind
+Dogmaguy74 litten
+Dogmaguy74 genwunner?
Eren Yeager hmm? genwunner? what do you mean?
I like how a lot of these things like Riding Pokemon, Character Customisation, the Evil team and Post game were fixed in Sun and Moon.
Post Game fixed in Sun and Moon?
Am I missing something here?
KasaiWolf07 Sun and Moon had no postgame. And no, the Looker mission isn't a postgame. I finished that crap in like 20 minutes.
And how they wasted potential.
Like with Silvally/Type Null, its just.. there. Not getting to do anything.
The evil team was fixed? I mean if you think so but I really didn’t like Team Skull at all.
I love x and y! It was my first gen and I love it. My problems are lack of new pokemon, difficulty, CHARIZARD BIAS, Lack of postgame, and Zygarde just... being there
Honestly one of my favorite generations, alongside Gen 4 and 5
I really hope they never put the rollerblades in again. They're so annoying
then don't use them? it's faster and more convenient but it's also a choice 😒
Zappy425 you cant take them off its stupid
Yeah, the only way to not use them while outside is to hold your item finder.
you can take them off just use the d pad instead of the circle pad
Zappy425 seriously?! It was one of the positives of them games....
What really disappoints me is how you get a FREE Mega Lucario by just the 3rd gym. That completely ruins the fun of finding a wild Riolu and evolving it.
BRANDON DON'T TALK TO PUMPKAB OO AND GARDEVOIR LIKE THAT!!!!
6:32 Because it's the stinking mascot of Pokemon so of course Pikachu is gonna say it's name.
Fun fact four years in the future: Jigglypuff was meant to be the mascot, but Pikachu was popular
@@titanium4082 no clefairy was suppose to be the mascot. But the developers like pikachu's design better.
I understand why you stopped the video at 50, the video wouldn’t have been able to end if you kept going
Someone seems like a genwunner.
Klefki is an amazingly designed Pokémon
More original than Voltorb
I like all the generations.
Magneto's Beacon Disliking klefki doesn't mean you like gen 1. I personally don't particularly like gen 1 but klefki is just absolute shit.
He did an "50 things wrong with generation 1" though...
He's pointed these things out before in his other videos.
GEN
ONE
GETS
SPECIAL
TREATMENT
gen 1 totally sucks tbh
Gen 1 was the most broken, glitchiest piece of shit there has ever been, which would crash so much it was ridiculous. Genwunners just give it special treatment because BS nostalgia and being blind to the fact that it was TRASH. I've never played it myself, but lots of people are like you. They just stay silent as to not offend the 30 year olds
@@titanium4082 I know
@@youtubeazurill7116 Heck yeah, and like i was saying you right, it's just kinda trash
Yeah it's very strange that no Kalos Pokemon got any megas during X and Y
My thinking being that we didn't really know gen 6 Pokemon yet, so why give them megas? Since we knew about the older gens Nintendo
Wanted to introduce us to mega evolution.
Maybe they're saving it for the X and Y sequels =)
Omar Ben Yeah I can definitely understand that but it just seems weird that no native Kalos Pokémon were able to do it but I strongly believe we'll be getting a ton in the next games.
Go Jays Agreed
desdar100 Actually, they stated Mega Evolutions were based on what people liked the most (thus also explaining why Mewtwo and Charizard got two each).
Klefki is a key with fairy powers that can attack, can flight e etc = BOOO bad design... out of creativity
Rattata is a... Rat... = OMG IS JUST TO GENIUSSS!
(Srry bad english)
*i realize this comment is a year old*
In this specific video, he didn't bring up those bad gen 1 Pokemon because he is talking about gen 6.
Also Klefki may be cute, but it's a set of keys. I love it, it's just that it's got a pretty basic inspiration
You can see how they are affected by the fandom. A lot of people hated Gen 5 so in Gen 6, they made less new Pokemon and added to the older one.
1. well the new Pokemons were awesome. better like the gen 5 sh*t. (90% of those were horrible)
2. starters are always good for story mode.
3. Kanto Pokemon like the starters and the legendary birds are favourites of many people and I liked that they brought them back.
4. I could go on but I stop here to make a final point:
you are really overreacting with this video.
So pls next time try to be more objective and fair. really love your videos dude.
my friending, if not obvious, lot of the vid's a joke, nitpicking pointless things
_and gen 5 didn't have that much bad designs, don't talk about trash bag thing or i will throw Muk, Grimer and so many other inanimate objects turned pokemon at you it's not even funny. Tell me what was good about air pollution pokemon_
Though I won't deny it, all gens have the problem of a decent amount of them being lackluster and bland, (including gen 5)
Should've been us instead of those dumb Kanto starters. I would've loved to beat Lysandre. But, I turned to the MLG lifestyle.
About Pikachu, I've noticed that in the Kalos PokéDex, Pikachu's cry is "Pikachu", while encountering it in battle (wild or foe), the cry is different.
Aww man I miss the seasons;_;
If they bring back seasons, the environment should Chang everywhere.
*change
Personally this is what I think: Fuck pokemon Z or X/Y2,just give us a Kantro remake, still haven't even completed alpha sapphire even thou I played shitloads of XY via wifi. Kanto would just be so much more interesting to me atleast
***** Link?
they already made a remake for gen 1, and 2 and 3, with new regions in between and they will continue like that until they are bored with it...
Dude ever head of leaf green and fire red come on the gen 1 remakes
So you them to,start doing Remakes' of Remakes instead of making new games?
desdar100 genwunners are asking new remakes of gen 1 after every new gen (not saying podcap would be a genwunner)
5:23 5 years later still never happened to this day unfortunately
Gen 6 was the gen that made Gardevoir my senpai/favorite. lol
why did you put number 42 in it in every generation they say something weird btw friend safari was a good idea
lot of this is just satire/super nitpicky complaints from others, so
Lets not forget that Shauna literally says during the catching tutorial "Wow! The pokemon went inside the ball?"
If i find the original comment i'll send it
50 thing wrong with Sun and Moon?
X and Y in a nutshell: The fan service. CAN YOU FEEL THE FANSERVICE YET.
Why you don't take 50... about fire red/leaf green?
because that kinda counts as a combined version of things wrong with gen 1 and 3
