It is a sad song, Kathang Isip means."Imagination" the chorus says, Pasensya ka na sa mga kathang isip kong ito, Wari'y dala lang ng pagmamahal sa iyo, ako'y gigising na sa mga panaginip ko ito, at sa wakas ay kusang lalayo sa iyo.
English translation: I'm so sorry for all my imagination, Maybe it was just because of my love for you, Now, I gonna wake up from all of this dreams, And in the end will stay away from you😥😥
The song tells about a person's hidden feelings for a friend. He finally decided to tell his friend of his real feelings since He was imagining (kathang isip) or expecting that his friend would reciprocate. But his friend didn't have the same feelings for him and, sadly, that revelation destroyed their friendship. He's now asking his friend if they can still return back to where they were before ... just friends.
