1 loop 10.5km please bring water when you heading the trail plus there some lockers near mushroom cafe/washroom area so you can deposit your belonging. Try get a pair trail like Salomon/North face (they got sale most of the time) it will make your run/walk easier, have a nice day.

Together but separate, we are doing things together, we are also separated in our own agenda if any. 4. Same same but different, each of us are at the same place same time doing same thing, what we take home is different. Be kind, have peace ✌

Trail run和平地跑步对较讲究的跑步者来说一定要穿正确鞋子,因为山林步道崎岖不平, 沙石树根处处, 一定要穿越野跑鞋以保护脚踝和防止沙石入侵鞋内, 鞋底的橡胶和平地跑鞋也有所不同, 这就是为何妮妮平地跑鞋在跑完十公里后鞋底会剥落的原因之一。
