I got my Shotgun 650 4 days ago. Himalayan would have been a great outdoor company though. Maybe next year.

I got back to riding after a gap of more than 10 years. The last bike I rode was Avenger 220. Then made a straight jump to 650 🤣
I’ll practice on this bike for 2-3 years and might save some money to get on Africa Twin.

Just make sure the nut doesn't go off as engine only holds the front part of chassis . Chassis is breaking as the front nuts goes off and the stress is concentrated.
Bhai bas service centre jake crash guard ke jo nut bolt hai uspe thread locker lagane bolo unko.

Even the owners of those bikes agreed that this happened due to the crash guards but still public does not want to agree, strange😊😊
@@SunnyhasPlans I agree on stats but after market crash guards are not new on any bikes in India. You hardly see any chassis breaking due to them. Science is true even in all those cases. Let's keep the possibilities open for these 2 bikes.
yes aftermarket crash guards are good but there are many new vendors who took birth after Himalayan launch who are not maintaining the quality, we are not generalizing all crash guards here.😊😊

Most important ye h ki crashguards should not be too rigid or strong. Fall k tym should absorb impact and not to transfer to chassis. If they are strong it will damage your chassis.

Company ka crash guards me breaking points dete hai, jisse jab bhi koi impact hota hai to impact ka force chasis ya engine body me impact karne se pehle wahi breakage points me crash guards tut jaye aur chasis me jyada force na pare.
Intentionally breakable banaya hai, just to avoid direct impact on chasis and engine bodies. So that they stay strong and reliable. If outside force impacts the chasis through an aftermarket crash guard, then there are chances of breakage, of chasis and engine bodies.

Sunny Bhai, you haven't seen the pictures clearly, in two of Himalayan 450 who had chassis breaking issuewc ok h @ , the black Himalayan 450 didn't have any crash guard on it if you could see, so who is to blame here in your opinion ?😢
Bhai crash guards were removed from the motorcycle, the pics were after pics, we have seen the actual pics however cannot share on social media and the owner of both the bikes have also admitted using aftermarket crash guards😊actual mein aap sab se wohi pics dekhi hai jo social media par hai but we have seen actual pics as well bhai, hope this clears out everything

Lekin phir bhi yaar Aaj kal kon aftermarket crash guards use nhi karta hai har koi accha se accha lagana chahta hai ab iska matlab ye thodi hua k koi local crash guard laga liye to chasis hi break ho jaaye bhai aadmi ki jaan hai yaar high speed mai raha to kuch bhi ho sakta hai..
Ek se ek loaded after market accessories crash guards aur pata nhi kiya kiya log use karte hain apne bike pe lekin aesa kabhi kuch dekhne nhi mila k chasis Tut Gaya..
Pichle generation mai bhi Tut hi raha tha ye generation mai bhi trend continue..

Main aapki baat samajh raha hoon par aapki baat ko hi aage rakhte hai chalo, aapne kaha ki log ache ache crash guard lagate hai aftermarket, wahin to problem aayi bhai, jin Himalayans mein yeh issue aaya un mein ache quality ke crash guard nahi lage the, nuts bhi achi quality ke nahi the, aapko pata hai Karol Bagh aur India ke aur states mein kitne local vendor ne Himalayan ki accessories banani start kardi hai, na to un companies ke paas certifications hai aur na hi quality maintain karti hai, ek baat jo main hai woh bhi to socho bhai ki 48000 mein se sirf do mein hi kyun aisa hua, ab baaki bhi to sahi chal rahi hai to hum in do ko kyun pakad kar chal rahe hai, aise to bhai accident hote hai aur cheezein toot jaati hai vehicles ki, to company ko kaise blame kar sakte hai aap khud batao..ab aisa nahi hai ki yeh log chala rahe the aaram se aur chassis toot gayi, inka crash hua aur effect crash guard ne chassis par daal diya kyunki placement sahi nahi tha unka and impact saara chassis par aaya… Himalayan ek adv bike hai girti rehti hai, aise to ab tak kitne case saamne agaye hote aap khud socho, girne par inki hi kyun chassis break hui.
