Canva: Creating A YouTube Banner

Are you starting a new TH-cam channel and need some help designing your channel’s homepage? A great design for your banner can give your page a polished look, and entice viewers to check out your content.
No graphic design experience? No worries! This video is meant for any skill level. We’ll walk you through the process using Canva.com. It’s a free graphic design tool that uses a simple drag-and-drop interface to create personalized designs.
Did you know that over 70% of TH-cam views are on mobile? We’ll show you how to lay out your design so it will look great on a smartphone screen and any other devices your viewers use.
You’ll follow these steps to create your TH-cam banner:
1. Choose a TH-cam Channel Art template.
2. Make a few changes to customize it.
3. Upload the TH-cam template to check how your design will look on a smartphone and other devices.
4. Upload your design to your TH-cam channel!
Now it’s your turn to create a banner to fit your channel’s unique personality!

Wow. I've actually succeeded at last. I just had to go down a different route. I saved my design, then downloaded it and transferred it to my documents where I could upload to my channel. Phew! Take note all this could be an alternative if you cannot access the google site which is the problem I had.

I made a really high quality banner everything is good and i have 4k tv but can't see full image. Tv and youtube app all up to date. Anyone knows how can i see the full image? I am struggling like 5 hours tried everything but it looks like pc size on 4k tv.

I didn't like this video after all because when I went to do that exact search for youtube channel art guidlines it didn't bring up any page that was associated with that search. It was all just pages linked to websites that could help you make banners and I couldn't actually find the zip file anywhere. Very disappointed and had me going in circles.
