Hi. This video only shows you how to connect your CPanel domain to your Shopify store. But the process is a lot easier if you use a doman partner like Google Domains, GoDaddy, or 1&1 IONOS. Here is the complete info: help.shopify.com/en/manual/domains/add-a-domain/connecting-domains

After doing this I am not able either send or receives emails through mu domain email. Please suggest me what should I do?
We have the same problem. I told Shopify support about this and they were useless.
