I loved watching Judge Boyd's disinterested face during the first part of the mom's testimony. She was not buying what they were selling, especially when he said he found the pills on the ground. EFFING FENT, he needed a lot longer than five years for slinging that poison.
There’s so many children who grow up without their father, but they don’t turn to selling drugs to raise money or take care of themselves. Really getting tired of hearing how people grew up in a poor situation or didn’t have good parenting or whatever so now they’re criminals. I grew up in an awful situation and ended up doing absolutely the opposite thing. No criminal record. Went on to teach both nurses in critical care and physicians in critical care how to take care of patients after working 35+ years in the field and obtaining advanced education.
Divine intervention I hope. He seems like he a good person. He lied to the judge because you know they don’t want to snitch on their buddies. Stupid 😢. Maybe he will realize crime doesn’t pay. He needs to understand that you don’t destroy lives of people to profit yourself. When you do, God says enough. Pray God will cover him while he serving his time.
I'm absolutely obsessed with your channel! I adore your commentary style - the way you share your insights without overpowering the video is like having a wise and witty companion (like a cool wolf in the corner!). Your content is not only informative but also hilarious, making it the perfect way to unwind after a long day, especially with a glass of wine in hand. Thank you so much for sharing your talents with us. Please keep doing what you're doing - I'm rooting for you and wishing you all the best!
100 fent pills x $30 ea is $3000. NO ONE DROPS $3000 on the ground. And no one FINDS $3000 on the ground. (My example prices might be inflated, but that's what they used to cost)
Judge Boyd made a good point why do these people have to go to jail and say I'm going to do better with my life instead of doing the right before you get in trouble and go to jail! Good point!
I am also obsessed with judge Boyd's channel. She is a very wonderful judge and a fair judge I just subscribed to her channel it's very educational Congratulations to you judge Boyd🎉🎉🎉
Stephanie looks at everything else so she don’t have to look at the mother. I have never seen her look so much one her paper and I have seen so many of her video. Please excuse me grammer and spellimg is so bad I know it. It’s because I am Norwegian. Born and raised in Norway. We did only learn the most important English at school. We started to learn in 4 th grade. We was 7 when we started school. No days they start when they are 6 years old and learn the laungage from day one. I will wish you a lovely day from me in Norway no rain today😀😀
Sometimes a temp agency can lead to a permanent job. I worked for Kelly Services for years. I like working at one place for a few weeks or months then moving onto another place. Once I started volunteering to learn new skills, my positions improved a lot. I worked for the president of a bank for a while. You do have to really apply yourself and be willing to learn.
There is no way he's not a seller, and I bet dollars to donuts that mom is involved. Mom lied like a rug, you can't be a nurse if you get locked up or commit a morality crime before getting licensed.
She can’t be licensed if she’s injured a person, committed child abuse, or has a felony conviction. As an actual, educated, licensed RN, I get very frustrated when people claim to be a nurse and they aren’t. Home assistants often claim they are nurses. I call them out every time someone does this. She’s not a nurse.
@@slc1161 I went to work in an outpatient clinic of a very famous hospital system. The medical assistants were calling themselves "nurses" and were offended when I called them out being a BSN, RN.
@@airfona Yeah, its a line of BS. I wouldn't be shocked to find out she was thinking of the shows she was watching, a shopping list, whatever it was that she could rather than listen to that tripe. I've been a Director before, and sometimes, you just listen for buzz words. I'm pretty sure a Judge of her caliber would know the same trick!
"he's only 23...he has a limited record" he's only 23, he shouldn't have *any* record. this guy has the strangest luck, finding pills on the ground, sells to undercover. he's either lying thru his teeth or so bad at the drug game, he needs to run far away. or buy lottery tickets
Cps didn’t drug test them before giving them custody of an infant? And the drug buyer just got lucky on text and he had the drugs the wanted? How could that be if 1st time?
5 years? In a year he will be out and more than likely he will do the same thing again. This one did not learn a thing. Judge tried, but all this one did was lie.
I will never understand why the people MOST ABLE to afford children have only one or two (or no) children while others have 6, 7, 8, or MORE! How can you POSSIBLY give each the attention they deserve? To be clear, I'm NOT saying that's the case here. This woman lost her husband and may have been a great mother. It's just that I see SO MANY criminal defendants that come from single-parent homes and have a half dozen or more siblings, while I read a lot of success stories of great men and women that grew up alone or with one or two siblings. I just don't understand, given the demands of parenthood and the fact that the world's population has QUINTUPLED over the last hundred years, why ANYONE would think having a ton of kids is a good idea.

Oh my lord yes. She was so not buying what they were trying to sell.
She retained jurisdiction, so she may be planning on granting him shock probation within 180 days.
Mom making a huge fool outta herself

😅 ...just watch the judges' face as she listens to this mother
Yes... this.. all of this.
Found it on the ground, and then sells to an undercover cop. What are the odds ?😂

Improbable does not mean impossible. Regardless, that was a funny excuse.

I don't buy the 'first time' dealer claim. Nor the ' just started' drug habit claim.
Im not buying it either

Just found this channel now I know where lockdown 23 and 1 takes his content
Ugh, I can't stand that guy!!!
Judge Boyd checked out as soon as the mother started talking - and was that a devilish smile on her face? :D I love it!
Is she asleep?! I was so nervous watching her, I checked out for now anyway.

wow bare arms in court, real class
Didn’t sound like grandma didn’t want the baby with her. You KNOW this wasn’t his first time. Just first time he was caught.
What’s the point of having jailbird mother giving testimony?
Wow. Isn’t he a real prince🤮
When he sad loading up trucks. I had to listen one more time because I was sure that he sad he was loading up dr****.

That's not how CPS works. You could learn how it works but that would take a WHOLE GOOGLE PAGE.
It is always remarkable to see, that these serious criminals still have the courage to father children..🤦
Not courage, just ignorance.

You're obviously uneducated regarding the law & length of jail time necessary before parole/release can even be a possibility.
4:12 judge Boyd out here like “honk shoo honk shoo 😴😴😴”
Another Phd. Candidate 😂.
What were the other charges?
I think it was just the selling to an undercover officer…
Who gives a crap how many aunts and uncles he has what is this
Sorry this story made no sense and I think mom and girlfriend know about this
Is it crack?
