I have to say shade is the best f2p assassin. I know he does not have life leech. But he does have super dodging ability and tons of physical damage one with a five second silence. I mean there was this situation in the colosseum. Where my shade did the ultimate to the enemy mage snow queen and witch doll. But it did not took it down. At first I thought I am dead but then I realised shade dodged both snow queen freeze and witch doll stun. Also shade is super good when he is near tracker and petite devil. Because usually when demon slayer jumps to petite devil and tracker. If it is not enough damage. The whole team will be stunned and demon slayer will be one shotted by tracker. But shade once not only dodged tracker's ultimate but also petite devil's stun then shade quickly took out petite devil with a silence and kills the tracker.

But what are your thoughts on keeping petite devil at purple grade so that it does not have that high int (just for colo as i love it)?
Well it would be useful in some ways like if you don't want the petite devil to be targeted but in some teams you would want the enemy assassins to target petite devil instead of lore weaver so that the petite devil + Grove guardian combo would work in this case lore weavers int would be more and assassins would target lore weaver this is one reason why not to keep petite devil at purple. The other and the most important reason is that gold petite devil gives a lot more research boost when compared to purple.
@@terminatorak8674 well the thing is, i would use witch doll along with petite or switch petite for doll instead if there is an assasin case.

@@Dapure well it will take years to complete every research even if you're a big spender + new researches are being brought in almost every update . So it's hard not to consider it even if it's just a mere 15% extra. Not only that purple grade heroes don't survive that long as gold heroes in collo. Petite's defence is already very weak even at gold so purple would mean she'll die instantly + if you're aponent has a black crow in his side then petite won't be able to take any damage even if just one or two attacks. Her biggest strength is that she can do a lot of magic damage so keeping her at purple will reduce even that. + no one's going to use her against assassins anyways so I think she'll be fine at gold than at purple.

Magmaroid - new hero - his physical defense is not that great. Just use Grove and Black crow against him and he goes down in seconds.
He's a good tank against mages and even assassins. His HP is great as well. Grove Guardian is not going to be a Big problem for him but black crow will do damage .If you can counter black crow with Don guappo or a demon slayer or even put someone like death knight in the front to take the beating then magmaroid with those 3 stuns especially that ultimate are going to help you win.
@@terminatorak8674 Magmaroid is an improved version of Beserker. High MDEF , crowd control - same pattern. Whatever players use to kill Beserker in the first few seconds will work on him as well. his DEF is only 330. The Black Crow will increase the ATK of Grove. Just saying a witch doll + Grove combo does not complement this hero in the same team like many players would like. He does not need anti-magic protection. He needs anti-physical protection.
If you put some hero for example a death knight before him then they'll take the beating that way you can hide this weakness . He's a great counter for assassins and mages . Assassins usually have weak defence and low HP so once they get stunned they're pretty much useless same goes with mages because his stuns are going to interrupt their skills if he hits. He does inflict a lot of stuns on the enemy tank as well for example if a berserker is about to proc and he hits even one of those stuns then that ultimate gets cancelled. I think he's a great and useful hero in Colosseum if used with the right teams.
I bet death knight will win magmaroid one v one. It is tank vs tank. Plus death knight got the advance over magmaroid out of damage, hp, two lives, life leech and boost damage after he resurrects.
But if it is just magmaroid one v one against a assassin or black crown in colosseum the tank will always win
