Thanks for the video. I would love a deeper dive! More options for mature under eyes with dry skin and dark circles. I wouldn’t mind maybe reviewing several luxury options, I thinks those brands are more targeted to mature skin. Thanks Lisa!
i’m 45 and love this concealer combo and even use it as all over foundation.. Catrice true skin and Neutrogena radiant creamy.. i haven’t used anything else all summer and super affordable ❤
Thanks Lisa - this is one of my biggest beauty issues at 67. It has grown more difficult each decade to find products with sufficient moisture as well as coverage. I’d love to be reminded of the concealer you used when you did your mom’s makeup. Thanks so very much!! ❤
Lisa, thank you for all of the thought and effort you put into your content. I loved seeing the side by side comparisons and examples in outdoor lighting. You’re the best. ❤
Love this video! I am a big fan of th ND Hy Glam Concealer, Pat McGrath, Mac Pro , Bobby Brown and the Laura Mercier Brighten/Correct!Love concealers- some more than others on my skin ty Lisa- great video!🎉🎉🎉
I absolutely LOVE your videos and I am a first time poster. I have tried the prisme libre loose powder and wanted to love it but was VERY disappointed that it had a fragrance to it. I am very sensitive and I had to immediately return it. I would love for you to try to mention fragrance when you review a product because there are a lot of us out there that have issues with it. Thank you for all the videos!
I just saw a video Nikki La Rose did & its sooooo dang sweet how much she loves & adores you Lisa!🥰❤🙌🏻 I hope you saw it!! You're truly an Icon, Lisa... YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THIS WORLD!🌎🫶🏼👑💄💐
Maybelline age rewind is my go to for light coverage For more coverage I like the flower get real serum But full on highest coverage I love the Carice True Skin
At 61, I've tried probably over 20 concealer brands. Lately, I've been using Charlotte Tilbury and it works well. I apply it and get on with my day. **Two things that help my dark circles more than anything: no alcohol and exercising to the point of perspiring for 30 minutes 😅
Can you please do self setting concealers and which ones you like? Lawless for example~a gal at Sephora said the self setting concealers are nice as there isn’t any need for setting your concealer with powder under the eyes. I’ve never heard of them
Thank you for this video! This was will needed, for me anyways. I always have a hard time finding an concealer. Any suggestions on an eye cream or serum to wear under your concealer. I have dry skin around my eye area. And I always have a hard time finding something that will keep my eye area hydrated under my concealer.
Hi Lisa, thank you for this video. I have a hard time finding a concealer that doesn’t crease. All of these look good on you, you don’t seem to have very many lines under your eyes, how are these concealers for women with several lines and wrinkles under the eyes? 🌷🌷
Hi Cathy! I think all concealers can crease due to texture and the product moving but there are things you can do to minimize that. Make sure you aren't over applying concealer and use a clean brush or sponge after to absorb any extra product, then set with a fine light setting powder. the Givenchy Prisme libre is great!
Hi Lisa, I’m 38y and actually look younger. Just a few wrinkles really I have the Natasha denona concealer and it empathizes my wrinkles!! It doesn’t feel hydrating at all. Any tips? (I always put eye cream!)
@@BunnyInes Yes I have fine lines, I'm 52. I don't have very dark circles but I do use the Bobby Brown stick color corrector before the concealer. It's really great and it works well with all concealers. I also like the dior concealer (and it's just about full coverage) I do find it can crease though you have to set it immediately.
Hi Lisa, thank you so much for this video. I have struggled as a 61 year old but young ( lol) makeup lover to find a concealer that works for me. I trust your suggestions because you're the best!
Your under eyes look awesome. I'm 65 and currently using either Colorscience SPF undereye that is tinted or Sephoras Your Best Skin. If you haven't tried either of them, they are definitely worth it! I was a die-hard shape tape girl until I found these, and I've tried sooo many.
Hi Lisa, My issue is, after I apply my concealer and powder to set my under eyes they still look bit dry. Can I add something after the fact? Thank you for any tips!
Im nearly 40, my HG is givenchy skin caring concealer. It’s so radiant, med coverage, creaseless (i dont need to worry to set with powder) perfect for daily makeup. 2nd place goes to mufe hd skin concealer. It’s not superbomb coverage (light to med coverage) but there’s something that can blur your undereyes. Perfect combo pair with givenchy powder.
This was a great video, you definitely helped me out with a concealer. I do not use concealer because I have puffiness under the eye. I feel like it just makes my puffiness show more. I will be trying a couple of the ones you mentioned. Thank you for
Thanks For Sharing Your Concealer Tips Lisa J You Apply This Beautifully!!! I Have a Question for You?? How Do You Prevent Your Concealer from Creasing Is There Any Other Remedies to Combat This in Case Creasing Does Appear.??? Or Can You Explain (CREASING) In Your Next Video ...!! I Think That This Would Be an Asset for Women with Mature Skin So That They Can be Artesian as Well.!!!
Enjoyable video, Lisa. Im always trying concealers. I think I've purchased every one of these concealers, except Colour Pop, at some point in the last 15 years! Right now Natasha Denona, Dior Forever Skin Corrector, and Lancome Teint Idole are the ones I reach for most. ❤
Maybe you can help with my confusion, dark circles, mature skin( fine lines) full coverage, or light? 🤔 I only wear tinted sunscreen, no foundation, but my poor under eyes 😫💖
Big help all these suggestions. Your eyes look great as many other influencers , however, I wonder how well these products truly work if Botox is being used by an influencer. Think about it? I look forward to trying some of these products.
Hi! What were your thoughts on the Jane Iredale concealer (circle delete) ? I watched your video from about a year ago on the brand but couldn't find an update on the concealer
Thank you Lisa. Can you please recommend a good eye cream for us gals with dry under eyes and dark circles? I’ve tried many concealers and they all crease 😢 I think I might get the colourpop one
Girl, you do not have "mature" skin. Concealer is a distant dream from my past for me (-; Maybe test out concealers on women over 50 or 55, or post-menopausal women, for actual mature skin. The results on your young skin will definitely not be the same as us in our late 50's and early 60's.
In my forties, but I found a darker shade was better on me, instead of those very bright ones. Dark minimises under eye-bags... 😅 Maybelline Instant Age-Rewind is my go to.
Hi Lisa, I’m new to your channel but I noticed that every makeup artist talk about concederá but very few about color corrector. I’m 62 and really I don’t have fine noticeable lines, but I do have in my left eye, or in the area around the eye, is not dark circles produced by tiredness, but is more dark than the other eye. My skin tone is medium neutral
I find depending on how my skin is colour wise from day to day that a colour corrector is ALL I need! I love the creamy NYX colour correction palette. It’s rare that I have to add any of my Nars Radiant Concealer. I need to cover purple/red under eyes etc which vary from day to day. This is where the NYX palette comes into its own. And less is more. Unfortunately I fell for the hype about the Givenchy Libre Presse Powder NOT knowing that this product all you influencers rave about, had changed its formula, now excluding talc. I bought the powder unaware it had changed formulation. The new formula looks dreadful on my skin highlighting pores and any texture I didn’t know I had. Talc was in the original formula which is what you guys rave about. Thankfully my go to Fenty powder is fabulous but I’m annoyed I paid so much for Givenchy powder that is awful. The 24 hr L’Oréal Infallible concealer is excellent. Always a solid choice that’ll never let you down. Again less is more with it.
I am in my 50’s but always had some light under eye “bags” above my cheekbones When I have tried concealer they make them more emphasized. How do I fix this? Thanks
The Natasha Denona concealer always looks absolutely horrible on my dry, textured, mature undereye. The coverage like disappears and it's a slippy, gummy mess.
Hi Lisa. I'm torn between the Saie and the ND concealer. They both sound great. I do need more coverage, but I dont want to make my more mature undereyes look worse. I do love the Colourpop Pretty Fresh Concealer. I have it on today! I tend to go a bit lighter in color for the undereyes. Thanks, Lisa. Have a great weekend❣️💞💖
I sampled the Natasha Denona hy glam concealer it is not completely full coverage. Even the reviews will tell you that. Concealer is such an individual thing and one thing I've learned about all these recommendation videos is that you truly can't rely on what anyone tells you because at the end of the day, they wont have the same skin needs as you.
So true! Concealer and foundation are such a personal preference. Also people's opinions of natural, full coverage and finishes vary so much! The ND concealer is Medium to Full so you can get medium cov but you can build for full, but again it really depends on user. You are absolutely right!
Great question! I would find something with a peach undertone and something that is slightly lighter than foundation but not too light if you have really dark under eyes bc you need something dark enough to cancel it out.
When you follow the link to the Ulta website for the last “concealer” - Color Pop - , it turns out that it is foundation and not concealer at all. Very disappointing…and misleading.
I am not sure I am seeing that you are. I have The Foundation listed and linked because I mentioned it in the video and I also have the concealer listed and linked (and it does direct to the concealer). Perhaps you misread? Looks good and accurate on my end.
I’m sorry Lisa, but you put on a lot of concealer and those of us who actually have mature skin (sagging under eye area) cannot use that much product as it makes us look older. Since you are a makeup artist, why don’t you apply concealer on a real older woman in this video.

My new favorite concealer is the Ilia Beauty True Skin. It's great but expensive, so maybe I'll try Colourpop next!
Extremely helpful and great list. Thank you! I use the Natasha D daily, but now eager to try the ColourPop!
