Have fun playing in the dirt I’m not gonna camp without a hammock or a cot…too many years doing the ground pounding thing…have fun stay safe.

Looks like a good bivy design. Then again, it's a little bigger and called a one man tent because you can sit up. More tents should be od green. Many would like an open od green bug netting like this for summer with a tarp. 2 pounds with bath tub bottom sounds very good. Tell us how it goes after a torrential downpour. Your subscribers would go for that. I noticed some asking about a solo tent.
Looks like a cracking little summer tent with all those air-flow/venting options. Along with the front awning providing a bit of shade/shelter if needed.
It does seem like a genuinely well thought out product, all the features appear to be practical and not gimmicky.

Designing tents must be a fun job. Creativity is king because there are so many designs out there.
Interesting tent Blackie. It looks like they designed multiple ways to vent the tent and prevent condensation. Wil be curious what you think after using it.

Looks like a cross between the little pup tent I had as a kid mixed with the backwoods bungalow. Probably better than a true bivy, wonder how it packs and carries.

Idk Blackie, i bought that one trapizoid tarp shelter you showed from them a while back; i forget exactly what the name is. This seems kinda bulky when all youre adding is a floor and zippers when compared to that.... especially when i can add a tarp for a floor and still have a smaller packing footprint.

I have a design idea for a 10x10 poncho tarp that would be the same size as a normal poncho tarp. I wish i knew how to make it a reality

Hey Blackie, that looks great! something I've been looking for, a long time. Wanted a lightweight tent that packs small and I would be able to carry in my medium Alice pack. Especially since I don't do hammocks. I'm 61 and still like ground pounding and tents. Thanks for the video. Much appreciated. Have a great and safe trip to North Carolina . 🏕👍🏻👍🏻

It doesn’t look like it would do well in the rain.
i will test it this coming sat night they are calling for it
A few weeks later and a couple of others have tested it in rainy weather -- the only water coming inside besides minor condensation was wind driven in through the open fly and bug net.
A small ground cloth and a tarp over it and you’ll be as snug as a bug
