It has come to our attention that many have allowed the word "Chashu" affect their judgementation on whether the product is Halal or not. Be assured that the "Chashu" here is made of chicken, as witnessed from the production team. Please also understand that the term "Chashu" does not strictly have to be pork, and is simply a name to keep it as original as possible. As unbelievable as it may be, this "Chashu" is made with chicken.
Cha-Shu means Forked Roast in Chinese. People are so used to associate the term with pork that many mistaken it for a pork product. Bacon is a salted and smoked curing process with fatty meat, but also presumed to be pork as well. When you really understand the name, you'll realize the food association is a social attachment. Woot woot! May you have success and stay afloat amidst covid-19!
Someone who will dedicate his whole life to his craft got me at hello. I will visit once out of this pandemic.
After 6 months, I’ve really grown to love this halal ramen. Top 3 for me alongside Marutama, Ippudo.
Spot on. What dedication. Amazing to see a young man like that being so in charge
The quality of this series is amazing! Love it!
Ever seen mine? =)
Very thankful to him for opening a halaal ramen restaurant in Singapore. I didnt expect to find a good ramen restaurant that used halaal ingredients. Fortunately I camr across this one. It was my first ever proper ramen experience and it was absolutely delicious. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in or visiting Singapore
Thank you so much for working hard to make it halal, one I will definitely visit to honour you hard work and enjoy the Ramen
Singapore slow paced he said.... that's just freakin' crazy how fast pace japan is...
Whatever they charge for one bowl of ramen is WORTH it!!!! From the first minute to when he was washing hands & checking cleanliness of kitchen, I knew it. I want to visit one day and order bowl after bowl after bowl 🍜 🤤 👏 and it’s halal! 🥰
I love the attention to detail they put not just in the food but the environment. Everyone seems like they're having a good time just making the food and keeping the place clean.
I saved it to my Google Maps, for travel dreams after covid. Letting know you from Turkey 🙋🏻♀️
Eaten from the chain a few times but didn’t realize they were this dedicated. My full gratitude to the whole crew for serving so well. I miss my unagi~
He is right, whatever happens taste can not change. Quality assurance of food will make customers always return to the restaurant, if customers like the food served. This must be done by another restaurant manager.
Much respect how he runs his business. If I ever visit Singapore I will definitely eat here.
when you are good leader and more like a companion you will have people who will work not just for the salary but will also give their best to see you reach your goal.
Respect for you *Mr. Shogo Hamano*
Guys, isn't this some missionary work?
So much love and passion!!
Much respect!!!
'arigato'(?)
If this guy says Singapore lifestyle is stress free, I can’t even begin to imagine the stress in Japan, if you want real stress free lifestyle go to Australia and New Zealand
I am 100% eating here. This place looks phenomenal. The attention to detail, work ethic, compassion, everything. Wow.
Singapore is one of the cleanest cities in the world I will always love to visit there again.
This was such a wholesome video. The passion he has for what he does is truly remarkable. I hope the restaurant will continue to provide service after this pandemic under his management. I wish I could meet him someday.
Why am im watching this while fasting.
I was questioning other day why am I watching halal ramen videos after midnight when I go quite hungry.
Bloody amazing, Sugoi!
Japanese culture and honesty and understanding is ichiban.
🎎🏯🗾🙏👨🍳❤
Was in SG last Feb. Shouldve know about this and visited! well done! Pls come to the Philippines!
He's just... amazing. I'm speechless
Come to Semarang, Indonesia, you will find ultimate definition of selow

@A.K. lol, indonesia have way more beautiful nature than yours
wow i should organize my life with as much attention to detail , i love it , beautiful
well i found myself adding this restaurant to my where-to-eat wishlist if i ever go to sg 👌👌💕💕
I wish everyone was so honest and dedicated in his/her work... This is the best video I hv watched on TH-cam in a long time... Everything is perfect and organised.
This is very Nice for people doing ramadan ! RAMADAN MUBARAK 💙
Thanks Ramadan mubarak to you from England
Thank you!! Ramadan Mubarak from London💜💜💜
This man is amazing, he's also a chef.. after covid over InsyaaAllah I'll come to this restaurant..
I wish they have a branch in the Philippines. I have Muslim friends and when they come visit in Manila, it's really hard to find restaurants that are Halal. A Singaporean friend came over before and I wanted to introduce her to Filipino food but there's no Halal filipino restaurant.
It's why I sometimes think that I want to open a Halal Filipino restaurant.
Jollibee in SG is halal hehe
@@nurhunneys that's great!
Thanks for these group work !!!
36seconds into it and when he said Singapore. That's it I am going there to it. 😋😁
Great job Seth. Good editing, good footage, great video. Thank you
As my experience... : Indonesia = Very relaxed Pace
Malaysia = Relaxed-Moderate Pace
Singapore = Fast Pace
Japan = Very fast pace...
(not knowing about thailand, vietnam and Philippines since i never been there 😊)
And we Indians are slow and late as fuck 😆😂😂😂
Come to India mate, you wil find new definitions of being late😂😂😂
In the PH (or in the metro) you won't get things done because before the quarantine, there's just so much traffic you can't even tell if you'd get from one place to another.
@Vijay Rahan dude you are so honest lol
@Vijay Rahan dang.. it man, as someone like me who never experienced indian restaurants .... you're so brutally honest that sound scary
In Poland, the city of Sopot I paid for Ramen soup, instead of pork, they give beef sirloin and raw mushrooms 1140 yen. We Poles love Japanese cuisine and I think that someone should come to Poland from Japan and open a real Japanese restaurant. Thank you to the cinematographer for a great film :)
There's no chance for a Hell's Kitchen chapter here.
THIS KITCHEN RE- ow shit sorry man got nothing to be critized here
Thank you SETHLUI.com, interesting videos and love watching them, keep up the good work💪
Please open a branch in Malaysia! Onegai!
Don't think it would be cost efficient
@@RetryOfHealGuy why? Why is it not cost efficient?
there is one halal ramen shop in damansara - seirock ya. very nice ramen too
@@aircommandslipperz ohh never heard of this shop before. Definitely will try. I usually go to Ramen village and Kagura only.
i think currency, and expensive to get quality ingredients...
Amazing, thanks for uploading this!!
Definitely going here after this covid pandemic
I always love this kind of behind the kitchen video. It makes me love Japanese people and food even more. Thank you for such a nice content.
ICHIRAKU RAMEN FROM KONOHA😮😮😮😮😮so this is where he disappeared to 😂😂😂
I ate at this place during a short visit to Japan! Delicious ramen, cozy place, good service, clean place, but most of all I was so happy that someone took the initiative to make muslims' life easier there! Thank you, thank you!
You should come to Indonesia, things are going a lot more slower in Indonesia 😂 some even say there is nothing are being done in Indonesia
Woy gausah ngomong gitu 😂 tapi terlalu bnr utk di tutupi
Coz we have quote "santay Cuuy"
My first time trying Indonesian food: th-cam.com/video/Kp_qsjRj8SQ/w-d-xo.html
