Click delay where all clicks happen slightly late doesn't mean it's cheated, just that the recording software picks up clicks a little bit late, the click delay variation which is cheating would be if clicks are inconsistent, like if clicks happen both early to when it happens and late to when it happens. Simply it's about the clicks variation to eachother rather than the delay to the video.
