Yes you can Camela, you can put a facing on it, which will hide the raw edges.!

Wish you had shown how to draw a facing for this neckline. I can cut it for sure, but needing to finish it has kept me from attempting to alter tee shirt necklines so far.

It is possible to trace the opening and add 2.5 + inches all around (width) to create the facing pattern piece.
