Quadra is my favorite metal album! Andreas is probably the most underrated guitar player in the metal world. I've seen them 6 times live and they're absolutely fantastic! Glad a live album is coming and can't wait for the 40th anniversary tour. See you guys in Montreal! Or Québec city! That'd be cool!
How is he an underrated guitar player in the metal world where literally everybody relevant in the metal world know who Andreas Kisser of Sepultura is. Your comment makes no sense.
@@MLCrow Respected by other musicians, but so many of his albums have been dismissed by critics and old fans thar it seemed to me that he was. Of course, during shows, you never felt that from the crowd (7 times for me). Or maybe it's just the internet!

Sepultura is one of the most known metal bands worldwide, with their earlier albums the most known and relevant albums in metal music in general. Many just don't like using the Sepultura name without the Cavalera Bros. but that can't deny Kisser's contribution anyway in metal music. There are many others way more underrated players in metal world but Andreas Kisser is not to be considered one of them.
Why? Max doesn't have anything to contribute to the band. He can't write music and he can barely write lyrics. He can barely play live too. Max's whole career has been riding on the coat tails of talented guitarists from Jairo T, Andreas Kisser and Marc Rizzo. Cavalera Conspiracy rerecorded Morbid Vision mainly because their main songwriter, Marc Rizzo, left the band due to Max and his wife treating him badly. When a band rerecords an old album it is a great indicator that they're desperate and creatively bankrupt. Jairo T wrote the music for Bestial Devastation and Morbid Vision, btw

Tam všechno fungovalo jak mělo protože byly správně rozdělený role. Andreas riffy a texty, Max vokály a texty, Igor bicí. Paulo se jedinej trochu svez. 😅
Fajn rozhovor, Sepultura na Brutal Assaulte bola super; až tak, že následne In Flames, jedna z mojich srdcoviek, mi po ich sete pripadala ako čajovka 🙁
Je zaujímavé ,že ako si muzikanti vždy myslia o novom albume aký je perfektný a "najsilnejší" ....a pritom je to vždy blbosť ! Ac/Dc už nikdy neurobili "Highway to Hell" ale Metalllica už sa nikdy nepriblíži k " Master of Puppets " atď. ...... To len Beethoven či Bach alebo Verdi zložili najlepšie veci ako starci 🤷♂️ ... Na tvorbu Metalu musíš byť mladý a nasraný a už vôbec nie abstinent 😂😂
@@gpeddino Yeah, they chose to leave the band because Andreas was a dick. OH, Paulo is on Andreas side, that makes all the difference, Said no one ever. Without Max, It's not sepultura.
@@MetalNascar you forgot to mention the fact that Iggor stayed in the band for 10 years after Max left, was Iggor a villain too that had a redemption arc? And judging by the number of former members in Soufly versus the number of former members of Sepultura after 1996 we can consider Max as the asshole with big ego that no one besides his family can stand for so long. Just see how they treated Marc Rizzo before firing him .
@@brnheavymetal I was shocked by the way Marc Rizzo left the band... The guy was treated like trash after almost 20 years working with Max... But overall, all the difficulties culminated in an incredible lineup and a high level of technical sophistication in Sepultura's musicality so the balance is very positive!!

They are not technically good enough. Kisser also unseccessfully auditioned for Metallica as the second guitarist when Hetfield got injured.

The Cavalera brothers are way more Sepultura than just you. You should be ashamed.
Quit trying to turn Andreas into a villain. Max and Igor chose to leave the band. Even Paulo, who’s an original member, is on Andreas’ side.
