I had a lot of fun making this tutorial and I am excited to create a Little Birdie series on my channel. Comment which Birdie Friends you would like to see next!

yes and the pattern is very easy to understand however she doesn’t tell how to make the frill for some of the birds. Have you made birds with the frill, yet? If so, how did you do it.

Cockatiel is so adorable. It was the first one I sold at my market. They are so easy to make and 😊they work up fast.

Hi! Not sure if you’ll see this, but as a birdwatcher myself, I am SO enjoying watching these cute videos! I love the details you put into the birds! If you find the time to experiment, could you maybe do a Cerulean Warbler? It’s my favorite lil bird and possibly the most beautiful. Another beautifully patterned bird is a Painted Bunting, which I think would be so fun to make! Just takes a lot of details. Thanks for your inspiration!

These are super cute, and I really enjoy seeing how different people prefer different tools in crochet, I personally prefer tapered hooks, and when I'm working in rounds I put my stitch marker in the first stitch of each new row. Different minds and different ways we organize things in our heads. So cool to me.

Yes I adore been at baby blanket yarn. It’s so soft and doesn’t shed much. I made loaf cat with baby blanket yarn. It turn out great ☺️

Goldfinch is what I am going to make with your design! My only comments are: please tell us how many stitches are in each round and maybe say this pattern is for extreme or intermediate beginners because the wing was a bit hard. Overall, I love the pattern!
If you wanna make a goldfinch, here’s what I did. With black chenille yarn, I made the first two rows then changed to yellow. For the wings I color changed to black and then I made the next stitch after four the stitches black before changing back to yellow. I repeated that with the other wing. I added the white yarn afterward, but I wish I had added it before the wing where the wing would be.
I made the feet black because I am not in the mood to buy any more yarn. For the tail, I color changed to white then changed back to yellow. When I came back to the tail I made a second tail in black. Then keep the color in yellow. I finished it up with purple yarn around the eyes and orange beak.

Oh my god. I never thought about putting the stitch marker on the outside of the stitch instead of putting it in the little V. That’s gotta save so much time since you don’t have to take it off every time you get to the end of the round.
I haven't tried it yet but can you please make a fishers lovebird, seagreen lovebird, and a green pied lovebird❤😊
