I started following you today and I must say thanks a lot for your tutorials. They are easy on the mind and very informative. I'm from Jamaica 🇯🇲 . Bob Marley country. Thanks a lot again 👍
Hi Chief, Thanks for your videos, i have gotten a lot of value from your videos, but i have a question to ask. If we size a solar panel needed with the total daily load will it not lead to us not having enough power to 1. Charge the battery and 2 to power the house. My confusion comes from the fact that we factored in DOD and the inverter efficiency in deciding the size of battery bank and i know that we got a higher wattage of over 4k then because when we considered what will be lost and what will be we can safely draw from the battery. My Questions 1. So in deciding the size of the panel, wont it be safer to use the wattage of 4345whr which we got as the total wattage needed to be stored by the battery for us to safely get 2542 from it daily 2. Won't it also be safer to take into consideration that some appliances will be on during the day at those peak hours because if we only build the panel that will be enough to charge the batteries, when som appliances are on during the day, we will find it dificult to charge the batteries because the inverter will still be sending power to the load in the house and therefore will not fully charge the batteries? I look forward to your response brother to give me more clarity.
Thanks sir for your teaching sir the battery you design is 24v 200ah are we going to use 2 12v 100ah each making it series because 24v battery is difficult to see in the market
Exactly the same question I wanted to ask..well ,connecting 12v batteries in series will give us 24v but I'm considering the amperage which is 200Ah That's,both the battery will be 200Ah 12v, just considering the customer sha 😊😊 gonna be to cost
What if your charge controller is 24v but the maximum power rate is below your PV power what should we do e.g CC 700w max and your PV array considering inverter efficiency, panel efficiency results in 800w what should be done

Wow! Thanks so much... I appreciate.
I'm watching from Ikoyi Lagos.. I like your teaching sir
Which one one chargers the battery the amps or the voltage?
Nice work sir
Thanks
Hope there's no issues connecting but battery and panels in series?

Sir, what do you think about the use of PVSyst for designs...
Is the inverter efficiency constant?
Thanks Soo much for the lesson but how should I know the performance rotio of the system be before buying materials. This is Lameck from Uganda
Can I use 2 320w solar panels for 12v battery
Sir kindly explain more about the charge controller

Nice job
Well done sir🎉
Thanks
Good evening
Can I use the panel and battery to power the water pump
What is power rating of your water pump?
What if your charge controller is 24v but the maximum power rate is below your PV power what should we do e.g CC 700w max and your PV array considering inverter efficiency, panel efficiency results in 800w what should be done
Thanks brother, I have really learnt alot, iam glad I watched all your steps. Ernest from Uganda
