With a roar like that, it's likely he's been kicked out of the pride to go fend for himself. Hopefully he can find a couple other nomads to form a coalition. That'll greatly improve his chances.
Please, please rescue this poor boy! We need to save them all before it's too late as they are near endangered now! Such incidents can be reported to KWS (Kenya Wildlife Trust) to rescue any injured or distressed animals. From 400k wild lions in 1950 to just under 25k wild lions in 2023! That's an alarming & astonishing fact!
Sad the way we look at the lions world but the similarities are the same with use humans when we have to venture on are own not knowing much about this Lioness and from what pride they come from and from watching your video I feel that just maybe his mother may have taken him way from the pride for it looks to me that he could be between 2 years to 2 -1/2 that is about the time when a young sub Adult male lion leave there pride or get pushed out by there father or fathers and by the pride ... I feel that just maybe his mother took him to a self area to tell her son that it was time for him to go on his own I know it`s sad to watch him call out for his mother and the condition he`s in it`s there way but from watching other videos I`ve seen other Lioness do the same thing in protecting there siblings even though we live in the same world and have some of the similarities with this fellow specie there world is different so all we can do is hope for the both of them for a long and better life HOPE ...
