The timing on that particular car was not straight from the factory, the green mark on the cam signified that the variator had been changed, and was re-timed by whatever shop performed the swap.
I just removed the right head on a 360 today. One of the screws from the butterfly fell off while the owner was driving and bent two intake valves on #3 cylinder.
