I haven't seen a more incomplete theme park than this one. I understand it may be early tests or something, but there should still be a lot more done on it.

This park is just abysmal. It's seriously disappointing just seeing how sub-par this park turned out to be. They had big name movies to build rides for, and it ended up turning out so poorly. I thought that this would be an amazing park that could compete with Universal and Disney, but it ended up turning out to have the same quality as a small park on the outskirts of a city that only gets a few hundred visitors a day at best. They better learn fast, because if Disney or Universal decides to move in any time soon, they could very well be done for.
I don't think you've been on or even seen Disney rides. Even some of their oldest rides better than some of Motiongate's rides thus far. The animatronics that Disney uses are extremely life-like, there's a deep attention to detail, and they use a lot of cutting-edge technology. Maybe the rest of the park might end up much better, but I don't have high hopes with what's currently open.

Maybe I'm just selfishly stuck on the "Disney Standard" but by God at least they put effort and creativity into their shit, even the really old stuff.

They couldn't even make the que area to look like any part in the movie that was recognizable? The whole scenery of the ride is terrible, and half the time you're just passing boat areas & dead grass and plants. It's probably a big reason to why the was no one waiting in the line to ride, haha..
This is just sad to look at. I really hope they can step things up. I think if Universal or Disney were to open a theme park nearby, some of the visitors coming to them would also visit here

there were so many missed opportunities, I really thought they were gonna project some intimidating faces on that part where you float through the coconut shells, but they didn't, and then I thought that pile of fruit was gonna lift out of the water and turn into a monster, but it didn't, i thought the pies at the beginning would do something, if just sound effects and squirting, but nothing. Like seriously, I could have come up with a better ride experience and I'm just a waiter in a restaurant.
I mean the theming is pretty nice in my opinion but I just wish they added a story ,way may color,better audio,and maybe a couple of drops...Other than that...eh it's okay...

Why is MotionGate such a run down park. They have good ideas for rides but yet they make them so boring. These rides should make it feel like we are in the movie's universal not just look at the stages and props. That's what made Disney and Universal so popular, there rides feel like we are within the same Universe as in the Ride. MotionGate needs to take notes on its competitors.
All the themed rides from Motiongate seem to suffer from the same problem: there is no attempt whatsoever at storytelling. They just take a generic ride system, scatter a bunch of shiny props from some licensed IP around the track, and that's it. None of these rides have a narrative or conclusion. They just start and eventually they stop.
Is there not an Arabic translation for the word "theming"? The ride looked so incomplete, if Universal or Disney had done this ride it would have been much better because both know how to build detailed and fun attractions

I"ve only seen a few rides here. All have looked disappointing. Stock rides that you find in small, local, amusement parks with a movie or television license skin on them. Perhaps some of the other rides will look more interesting.

Kali has a nice relaxed feel to it, but you're just looking at trees and bamboo for 95% of it. The line of course is goooorgeous.

Dubai is arguably one of the the most impressive places in the world, and yet this amusement park is so consistently underwhelming.
For a water ride I was expecting a bit more splashing.
