However if one don't make an effort Vietnamese would not recommend foreigners into cosmetology businesses including Makeup. I know for sure it wasn't easy also in some Asian countries too but now most blacks operate or work there even in India, top most countries when it comes to Beauty works.

Vietnam is number 1 when it comes to nails business, as a foreigner it’s not advisable to do that here.
