3:35 I’m pretty sure the damage of shocker is not RNG. I’m pretty sure that the two numbers just represent how much damage it will do to an enemy with no electrocute and how much damage it will deal to an enemy with full electrocute. I may be wrong though.
oh i forgor the target key at the v.0.32 ehh shocker got update: - Level 4 Base Damage reduced to 24 (from 25) + Level 4 now has 'Volt Link: Shares 1/3 of positive buffs with nearby Shockers that have Volt Link' - Level 5 Base Damage reduced to 34 (from 38) + Level 5 now has '1/3 > 2/3 Volt Link Share'

oh yea ur right bc the max dmg is 6 times more the lowest dmg and max electrocute is 6 i think ur right
