I reference 'We're Going On A Bear Hunt' all the time! I also used to bite my nails (most of my life) and I've found it's so much easier not to when your nails are already grown out and look nice. Even if I bite a hangnail off once in a blue moon, it doesn't erase all of the work I did to get here or the new coping strategies that are now in place. I've been enjoying finding my style with longer nails and that weighs out anything else. So getting past that first hurdle is the hardest - I guess that's in line as well with what you were saying about getting sober actually.
Maybe this is my music obsessions leaking through but I think that song would also sound really cool with a shoegaze tone. Like it would really enhance how ethereal it is

They have come a long way with spray on sealant.
Over here in the states we have a product called FlexSeal spray.
If you locate the hole in the roof, or you see a spot where the shingles have fallen off.
Spray this stuff and would buy you some time.
Tarps just blow off in the wind.
So lovely to see a video from you! Having a bit of a quiet hard, but loud good time in life rn too. We'll get through it though. I hope the house solutions are on their way soon and not as daunting as anxiety swears they'll be. (Use your broken mug for a plant or to keep pens in, so you don't lose it as a favourite friend altogether

i’ve been sober since march (not by choice but because i started taking antidepressants), and maybe it’s because of them, but i feel really great without alcohol! almost all of my friends are sober as well and we feel like we’ve became a lot more fun at our social gatherings, we have a lot more to do and we actually feel good the next day. for right now, i don’t feel like coming back to drinking if i ever decide to come off the pills, i honestly feel like a new person right now.
A few mins in… I just second hand anxiety 😟 moved out of a Victorian house after discovering it was a money pit , so i feel your stress ❤

I find the easiest food for after a run is some sort of smoothie or protein shake, whatever kind you can be bothered with/ enjoy. Slowly sipping it as you go about your next tasks rather than trying to force in a meal.
