    Great video. I'm investing in this myself, as my farm has taken off this year and lettuce is the best seller. I was curious to see the Neversink greens spinner. I'm going to buy one.

      They are awesome! I’d get the 20 gallon model if you can afford spending a little bit more compared to the 10 gallon which is what I have

    Can I make a suggestion? Look up a spin dryer like the panda. They are stainless steel buckets that spin it at over 3,000 RPM. I think it'd be perfect for greens and it's under 200 bucks. I'm going to buy one and try it

      That’s actually what I’ve used for years for our wash pack. Only issue is they spin only small amounts of greens at a time. I used to use two of them at a time and it’s painstakingly slow when trying to process 60 lbs of greens every week

    I presume a bubbler is necessary to remove dirt and insects because a simple rinsing is ineffective.
