- Aseana City Megaprojects Update
Aseana City (also known as Aseana Business Park) is a 204-hectare (500-acre) mixed-use central business district development located in Parañaque, Metro Manila, Philippines. Owned and developed by D.M. Wenceslao & Associates (DMWAI) through Aseana Holdings, it is situated in the centermost portion of the Central Business Park (alongside PAGCOR's Entertainment City) between the SM business complex in the north and Asiaworld in the south within the Bay City area.
In the Last five years this area is booming with new developments and will continue to build more in the coming years... New Residential Condominiums, Office buildings, Shopping Mall ,Hotels are already operating here.
.Ayala Malls Manila Bay (formerly Ayala Malls Bay Area) is a shopping mall in Metro Manila, developed by Ayala Malls, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ayala Corporation. Opened on September 26, 2019, it is the first Ayala Mall in Parañaque. It is located in the Aseana City township development.
Parqal, located in the 107.5-hectare Aseana City in Parañaque, is a nine-building development that will feature retail stores, offices, and al fresco dining surrounding a linear, open space park at the center.
New Megaprojects in Aseana City is the New Branch of Landers Superstore and St Luke's Medical center.

Dapat pag operational na ang 2 new airports yung sa Bulacan at Sangley e ibenta na lang sa Private yang NAIA at gawing CBD ulit. So far kasi yang NAIA ang kaglalagay sa height restriction ng lahat ng new development diyan dahil sa proximity sa runway ng airport, naka limit sila sa 19F max sa vertical clearance so far.
Idol ang ganda sana magtayo ng mga matataas na buildings dyan kasi sobra lawak dyan. Kaya lang may height limit ang mga buildings dyan kaya mababa lang mga buildings dyan. Kasi nga malapit lang ang Airport dyan at pag matataas mga buildings dyan baka madisgrasya mga eroplano pag bumangga sa matataas na buildings.
Mag tataasan po ang mga buildings jan ka pag nag sisimula na ang Bagong airport sa Bulacan.
Nag construction ako diyan sa aseana building 2 noong 2015 kaunti pa building diyan, COD pa lng mganda diyan
Basta pag may tinayo na Mini CALTEX station dyan, Yan na Ang clue na doon itatayo Ang bagong landers superstore

Dapat ma realize ng developer ng ASEANA na dapat maging commuter friendly ang lahat ng sulok ng township nila, sana maisipan nilang lagyan ng mga inner loop buses paikot sa lahat ng sulok, parang ginawa ng BGC, may BGC buses na umiikot sa loob at may reverse route pa mara maikutan lahat. Tapos gawin din nilang underground cable lahat ng wires, so far yung ilang areas diyan dami ring spaghetti wirings, kakasira ng view, tulad nyan ang ganda ng City of Dream, pero sinisira ng mga panget na spaghetti wires ang view sa labas, 1st world level yung architecture design, pero yung wiring sa labas pang 3rd world pa rin. Haha sayang e.

Sana park nalang yung malapit sa lrt station sir, marami na tayo malls, we need more green spaces
Hindi kasi mag gegerate sa maraming trabaho pag public park lang..kaya may mga central garden at sky garden na din yung mga bagong design ng malls like MOA and Ayala Malls Bay Area..

Those red bricks don’t fit on a modern area like aseana. Okay lang mga red bricks for sidewalk sa luneta, intramuros, binondo. Pero sa mga modern areas hindi yan magandang tingnan.and it does not age well. Pag kukupas na yung kulay nya na red, madumi na sya tingnan.
Oo gaya sa moa ang itim na mga bricks don sa may bay area maganda nong bagong bukas

Puros boxy style yung mga buildings. Walang creativeness yung mga designers at architects
