For a performance, I decided to play along to the "Bad Apple!" remix featured in the shadow art video. This was the result. The time span from my decision to play this song to this recording is less than 4 days. I figured everything out by ear.

actually this song may look hard to play but trust me it's actually easy for beginner/advanced players to play this(except for the solo lol)!

This is true. :) From my point of view, I think this arrangement is pretty doable once you learn fast picking and bending.
In terms of technical ability, I don't consider myself a particularly skilled guitar player. There are tons of players way better than me. This was my attempt at taking my small skillset and seeing if I could squeeze out a cool-sounding arrangement.

can anyone recommend a japanese song for beginners?

I'm just starting guitar, and don't even know anything about it. Is this song easy? I wanna know how to play this to become full Touhou.
+Shinichi Izayoi I have been playing for over 15 years.. I wouldn't say this song is easy for someone just starting but it's not exactly hard either... It would probably take to 3 months (for you a new player) to be able to play this at any level and maybe another 2 months for you to be able to play it as good if not better than this guy. The hardest bit for a new player would be the hammer ons, pull offs at the start.. The rest of it is basically 2 simple scales and 3 power chords.
+Shinichi Izayoi I'm not saying practice this and just this for 5 months though lol, just saying I would expect my students to be able to play this pretty cleanly after 6 months.
