From Spoons to Kingfisher

This scrap metal sculpture is a belted kingfisher. Kingfishers are such cool birds so it was really fun making one out of metal.

This art piece is made from mostly spoons, forks and knifes with a few other odd bits. It was all tig welded together. One of the spoon handles was made from something funky so it was a little weird to weld it on, but it worked out in the end.
