But power and responsibility is a choice and NGL I enjoy seeing Peter coming full circle with his relationship with the Venom symbiote.

I think Peter is meant to be the King in White, not the King in Black. Or rather Cosmic Spiderman. The King in Black storyline introduced the badass idea that the Enigma Force is a symbiotic force of good and is in a way the antithesis to Knull... It'd be really cool to see Spiderman become Cosmic again, but with an updated look based on symbiotes, "the golden warrior", etc. Coz at the end of the day, if Knull is Darkness personified, Peter is the Light of Hope. Heck, it doesn't even need to be a permanent or recurring thing, it could just end by sealing the power of the King in Black permanently using the Enigma Force, thus removing the Captain Universe mcguffin for the forseeable future and making Symbiotes much more "grounded" again. That is actually a great idea to ground the characters back. Here me out this is a bit convoluted but its comics. I do think peter was meant to be the King in Black like Eventuality said but since destinies have changed. They can bring in the story of Defenders Beyond to iron out loose ends giving us the explanation that the Enigma Force working as an opposite for a King in Black was a counterbalance to Beyonders put in place by the Celestial using the very power they used for the creation of the Beyonders. In Defenders they explained that somehow the Celestial created Beyonders as higher force to prevent another cosmic war like the first one as overseers. So what if after setting up the Beyonders knowing the king in Black would come to Bance there creation when to recruit like but rebelled like we saw in the series. So the rest of the Celestials knowing that the power of the Beyonders the Ivory kings are the only opposite force force strong enough brought some of that power in to the multiverse itself since Beyonders lay outside and above it turned that raw Beyonder power into a living symbiotic force of life that could end Knull and any king in Black that would go rouge like from now on. If not it could just be the Beyonders doing there task as the Ivory kings and created the Enigma force to stop rogue kings in Black a power they hid in the Microverse to do there task.
For Venom War: Spider-Man, the surprising thing about this comic are Peter and Venom becoming the new King in Black (which looks cool) and Peter traveling to an alternate future branched from the main Marvel universe where they encountered the Avengers and that era and Mayday Parker before Venom was able to free Peter and parted ways after their teamup. Overall, this comic is okay.
Honestly spiderman as the king in black feels like a more interesting version of injustice superman. It was nice to see symbiote spiderman again even if it was for such a short time.

I hate when writers do this. Of all the characters on Marvel Comics, Peter Parker Spider-Man (at least 616 Peter) is the last person who would ever become corrupted unless the power itself is corrupting, kind of like how Venom made Pete so dark that he knew he had to get that thing off. He'd never allow himself to be anything other than the white knight we know him for. When he's written differently, it just feels like it's done for shock value because, unlike Eddie Brock having a long run as an anti-hero vs the original straight up villain Venom, it never lasts for Peter.

There's an alternate universe where Peter was the Goblin in Earth 21205 and than ironically became the Goblin himself for a short period of time in the mainline comics. There was the one Peter Parker(forgot the Earth number) where Parker became a killer where he thought he had killed someone(slightly complicated events) and Wolverine trained him in that universe. Than there is this instance of the alternate future of Peter becoming the King in Black and the power corrupting him

This story is freaking awesome! The 4D chess being played by Kang vs. Dr. Doom just elevates this story to a whole new level and I love it! Its a shame the Venomous Spider-Man suit didn't stick around longer. It's easily one of the coolest variants of the black suit Spider-man has ever had IMO.
Not to mention the other big players. The Eventuality watching as things move forward to another event or battle. The Eventual, a KIB Peter from the far future. Well, it isn't. This is a time line that will never come to be because Peter forfeit the symbiote. Besides, Peter lost many people already. Ben, Gwen, Harry, Flash, JJJ Sr, etc. and never really lost it.
Peter as a king in black looks so cool! I think it puts up a mirror to what Eddie was sort of doing when he first became a king in black. I Can't Believe it! I mean, I remember when I followed Venom's story is that it was told that when Spider-Man had the symbiote he was supposed to be the King in Black but he rejected that fate when he rejected Venom. I'm digging this look for Spider-Man!
This was the best use of the blended time sequences so far in this arc, the vestiges of Eddie's split psyche as he formed emotional symbiotes was touch and go at times. I miss the importance of Madam Web seeing the Eventuality take her role for the King in Black, it was a hole where she makes an entrance for Peter. This true form made it seem like the Eventuality prefers Peter over any other possible King in Black but if this is the result keep it to itself; that is just a tyrant Peter Parker. Peter choose right to cast off the black symbiote before it became glued to him.

Why did he give up venom in this comic ? it's made no sense bc venom bound with eddie again .

This was absolutely nuts but out of anything else, Pete is not the king in Black because anything else he would be the king of light with the anti-venom suit but I understand that makes no sense but imagine this entire venom war was because of that one costume change

Peter as a king in black looks so cool! I think it puts up a mirror to what Eddie was sort of doing when he first became a king in black. Except Eddie didnt lose Dylan and got sucked up into the whole Meridius thing. Was not expecting Dr Doom going up against Kang in the middle of all this. One thing i was thinking was if the Kings in Black or Onyx Kings or whatever you call them supposed to be comparable to the Beyonders at least up to a certain degree, Does that mean Anti Venom is more closer to a Beyonder than opposite of one?

This was the best use of the blended time sequences so far in this arc, the vestiges of Eddie's split psyche as he formed emotional symbiotes was touch and go at times.
I miss the importance of Madam Web seeing the Eventuality take her role for the King in Black, it was a hole where she makes an entrance for Peter. This true form made it seem like the Eventuality prefers Peter over any other possible King in Black but if this is the result keep it to itself; that is just a tyrant Peter Parker.
Peter choose right to cast off the black symbiote before it became glued to him.
