I worked at Steve's (Motiv8) studios while he was working on this track-it's actually a remix of his eralier version which is a more laid-back hip-hop style. It blew me away when I heard this version .....I love that combination of rap and house....

Very few people really understood the uniqueness of urban house music/freestyle/hi-energy music of the 80's and 90's....you had to live it to understand it.....i CAN'T stand my intellectual peers who dismiss this urban artistry as TRASH......all art stems from a cultural conviction otherwise it is not art.....
