Well this is an older video before I got my lighting and audio down and clear so I can kind of see why some might not like it, sometimes I draw too fast or I don't explain as clear as I could :) just as everyone is learning to draw, I'm also learning how to improve my teaching and videos, so the dislikes actually do give me some feedback to learn from :) I try to see the positives even in the negetive because there's always something to be learned :)

What kind of pencil are you using? My mechanical pencil just doesn't have the same blendi-ness as yours, and it would be a huge help to know the best kind of mechanical pencils for drawings like this

Jordan Greer Naw I'm glad! :) I have to admit, I felt the same way when I found some model makers that made models look like the actual Stan Winston sculptures, so I'm glad I was able to provide just what you were looking for :) Indominus was tricker because there's less reference images of her to draw from, and I've only drawn her a handful of times. T-rex I'm very comfortable in drawing :)
I tried to use your advice for a T-Rex, but when I scaled the crest above the eyes, I had to reshape the snout, when I did that, it came out looking like an allosaurus. :P

It happens to the best of us :) No idea when that video will be up but it's less tutorial, more me trying to figure out what the hell I was doing. If I leave it as is, it should show an interesting side to the creative process hehe

That's a fair comment. This is a very old video before i knew about proper audio so the audio isn't very good. Glad you loved the drawing though 😀 my audio is a lot better in recent years 😆😂
