    Prolapse cord was exactly what happened to me during labor/delivery. My doctor came into the room , broke my water and the cord came first he literally rode on the bed with me to the cesarean room with his hand holding up my baby’s head. Once I was on the table she was basically out and born healthy ♥️ everything happened so fast I didn’t know how serious it was until it was over. Thank you for this video very educational and helpful

      @@sherlinelessage essentially the doggy position. I had it three weeks ago with my son and that’s how I was rushed into theatre, it helps lessen the pressure on the cord

      thanking god for "saving" you makes it sound like god wants women who have unfortunate healthcare outcomes to be harmed or die. Thank the medical team, nurses and mds, not god.

    My baby had the cord wrapped around her wrist and I had to have a big episiotomy so the doctor could get her out. Every time I had a contraction her BP went down. She made it ok

    The condition is HIE Baby

      I'm so sorry to hear about your experience, and I can only imagine how difficult it must be. HIE (Hypoxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy) is indeed a serious condition, but with support and therapy, some children do show progress over time. Please know you're not alone, and your strength is inspiring. 💙 Don't forget to subscribe for more helpful content!

    What happen if the nurse that is using her finger first and then switch with another patient

    • @eshacarridice4844
      @eshacarridice4844 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      A mean with another nurse

    • @lecturionursing
      @lecturionursing  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Usually it is not done, as both cannot hold their finger in the vaginal canal at the same time

      The nurse in my case tried to apply pressure with her hand but stopped while they were transferring me to the OT. I guess that's why I lost my baby

      I'm at the hospital now and I'm experiencing this at only 20 weeks, my baby has no chance. A week ago I started losing the amniotic fluid and got hospitalised. The doctors told me to wait and see if the fluid would increase but I felt the umbilical cord and they said there was really nothing they can do
