  • Raymond has fallen short of expectations one too many times; his own and those of his loved ones. During these tough moments, he has had Deep and Meaningful Conversations (DMCs) with his dad that enabled him to rise up, dust himself off and soar. These DMCs have helped define and mould him into the man he is today. Watch, share and subscribe. #Engage27 #WeFallWeRiseWeSoar
The next Engage will be held on 15th February 2020 in Nairobi. Mark your calendar.
Engage provides a platform for ordinary and extraordinary people to Inform. Inspire. Influence.

Saying am inspired will be understatement. Am more than inspired. Great talk Raymond!

Is it just me? The story flowed really well until after the infidelity. Then at that point, I expected the story to get deep, meaningful and reflective. Instead, it lost traction. I guess Ray still needs to face that reality, and sort things out with Mama Ivan (Sorry, Ma'Martin *see what I did there!*), so he can heal, rise above and be able to tell this part of his life story more authentically. But I could be wrong. Blessings.

These stories seem written down and practised in front of a mirror,I would stutter telling my life story.

Hi Diana. The speakers go through a coaching and peer review process before the Engage Event. We have found this to be invaluable to many as they prepare to speak.

This was indeed a deep meaningful conversation,it made me realize that most times we just have conversations which do not really matter but this DMC sticks with us, they define us ,they mould us. Dad's are so good at DMC.
One of the DMC with my dad ended like "son walk your talk and talk your walk",this i refer to almost every day.
    Great talk Raymond

Almost all of these engage presenters are great at public speaking. I doubt if these presenters are chosen randomly....one criteria is you have to be a good orator.Period.

      Hey Kottien
Actually, the most important criteria is one's willingness to share their story. The speakers, however, go through a prep process. Raymond actually submitted a request to share his story
