As you can see in the video one of the rails had to be replaced and the other was only slightly out of specs in Z axis, so it was pulled a bit to where it originally was and could stay.

Aconteceu comigo ,uma pequena batida que danificou o parachoque ,quebrou a lente do farol e um amassado mínimo no caput sem nenhuma ressalva mecânica e a seguradora deu perda total no meu carro. Eles preferiram me indenizar do que reparar o carro. Não houve nenhum dano nos painéis internos, nem nos paralamas dianteiros ou grade frontal.Indenizar o segurado e leiloar o veículo dá mais lucro do que arcar com o custo dos reparos.

Es nützt ja wenig, wenn mann diese Karosserie auf eine Richtbank stellt um diese Verwindung zu messen. Jede Karosserie ist ja bis zu einem gewissen Grad elastisch und passt sich demzufolge in gewissen Grenzen an. Müsste man die Karosserie nicht zuerst nur auf drei Punkten, z.B. vorne links u. rechts und hinten in der Mitte aufnehmen. Dadurch kann sich die Karosserie nicht zurück verdrehen und eine genaue Vermessung der Verwindung wäre möglich.
Sie haben weitgehend recht. Aus diesem Grund werden Celette-Beschläge meist mit 3D-Daten von Automobilherstellern konstruiert. Der Besitz von Punkten hängt also nicht von der Karosserie ab, sondern vom Design des Autos. Wenn Sie dagegen ein Messsystem verwenden, haben Sie Recht. Die Messung ist unabhängig von der Qualität des Messgeräts mit einem Fehler zwischen +/- 4 bis 15 mm immer falsch.
Arthur Tussik, in addressing the left rear rail floating high over the Celette jig stand; would have pulled both rear rails initially and then pulled from a single point to move the left rear rail into position with the jig to gain alignment. Your tech person was using an unorthodox method of chain positioning to bring the left rail down and meanwhile maintain door gaps. Seems to me he should have used direct down force on the rail with having previously pulled straight back on the rail; saving time and simplifying the process. Once the spare tire well has been removed one can easily pull the rail into position and bring the door gaps into place. Doesn't Celette have a fixture to pull the rail down and back to attain rail position and door gap? Being able to pull the rail back and down simultaneous has advantages. Tussik does this all the time. The tech person must have the innate science in mind to get the job done.

We do quite often receive comments mentioning mr.Tussik, who lives and works in Lithuania, where the situation is very similar to Russia, Ukraine and all the other CIS countries. Mr.Tussik is a very skilled man, but not sure if any insurance company would like the work he does. Regarding this video, it is not our technician who repairs the car, but our customer. We only train them on how to bench the car on our Universal system Cameleon, which was not on the video cuz our technician was busy :) We manufacture tools for autobody straightening, but we don't repair cars as well as we don't interfere in our customers work. You cannot only use eyes to repair car, you also need some tools in order to bring back the car to the origial specifications. But you are right. If Arthur Tussik use a Celette bench or frame machine he will do a perfect job.
Dear CWC, as you mentioned Celette equipment is able to repair any car. In some countries when the rate of work is 90 $ per hour its is not possible to repair. But in some other areas the cost for a worker will be 2,5 $ per day and the bodyshop will charge you 100$ for the manpower of a repair process. It is the reason why insurance companies in those countries prefer repair over totaling it

Is the chasis frame bent rework retains it's strenth back. Is it okay straighten frame again. I heard once chasis is damaged the car lost its value.
