Definitely. She’s so relaxed and is on it with the banter and energy.
Yeah a give the female pundits a bit stick tbh, and might come across as a bit sexist; but most of the time I feel they talk nonsense or just waffle for the sake of it.

She is boring as hell. Cringe listening to her compare her experiences to those of the elite level in the men’s game. She shouldnt of been on. They could of had any one of the ex-city players who actually played for the men’s team. I dont get the whole… trying to piggy back on the history of clubs who competed and won and forged their legacy in the men’s game by female players. United or city or chelsea or whoever women’s team is not anywhere near the same as the ACTUAL first teams of those clubs. Even the U17s would probably play and operate at a higher level of technical ability, physical ability, and professionalism than the adult women’s team. Its not the same. Never will be. They exist in isolation. You dont get a TED talk of an Oxford uni professor sharing the stage with a kindergarten teacher from a random public school in suburban detroit. Thats for a reason. The same reason. Different universes.

How Micah can think he’s in the same league as Neville I’ll never know. Neville was one of the most consistent RBs in the prem for 10 years. Micah did well for what 1/2 seasons! Neville dosent get the respect he deserves as a player!
Because Gary over the years has put his performances down so much that kids and people who are easily fed a narrative believe it. He was a permanent right back in one of the most dominant eras of football for one of the biggest clubs ever. People who watched him over those years know how good he was and nowadays people are gullible to believe otherwise. Him and Beckham on that right flank with that overlap was deadly
It’s not that at all you div, Micah Richards career was totally ruined by injuries, gary Neville’s career had a longevity that few players will ever ever see. If you took gary Neville at his absolute best vs Micah Richards at his very best, Micah would obviously be a better player, but the players they were over their whole careers aren’t even close.
I find it crazy, like you say must be a younger generation thing, but having watched him he was such a good dependable RB, and he had a half decent cross on him! Him and Beckham were a hell of a partnership!

Nev is far too modest. When he was named in the starting 11, I would just feel reassured, he was as dependable as they come.
Micah was an exceptional talent (a full on legend on FIFA 07 😂), but in terms of consistency and hard work, no one comes close to Nev at RB.
@@michaelunderhill8847 tbf I only properly watched him in the mid-2000s, so he wasn't at his peak, but still dependable. One can make an argument for Cancelo, but again, consistency and longevity are on Nev's side until someone else can be as good for 10+ years.

It’s important that womens football has a platform, so it can inspire those that feel more drawn to it as it looks to create its own sub-culture within the game.
Lest we forget womens football was shunned by the Fa for decades after the First World War; I think it’s good they’re getting their chance to shine.
This show is just a masterstroke. Well done to everyone that puts this together, it's a phenomenal show and thank you for the insight you give us throughout the season!

Used to hate Roy Keane but watching his punditry, has somewhat grown on me. I love his no nonsense punditry style & uniquely Corkonian dry sense of humour. The man knows how to deliver a one-liner & the room will be in fits of laughter!

Absolutely crazy that Richards actually believes he was better than Neville.. honestly it's baffling. Like it keeps getting said Neville puts himself down for some reason. He was constant for United and England and very rarely had a bad game

This is great stuff - watching football in the 90's as a United fan was a lot of fun but without social media there was never a real insight into who the players were (apart from Beckham in the tabloids!)

I would personally liked if the overlap can focus an episode on the international players and bring in the old english teammates.

He wasn’t ordinary, he had too many injuries that caught up with him. He wasn’t better than Gary as his career wasn’t as good for as long and he didn’t hit the ceiling he should’ve.
It's Gary's own fault for downplaying himself so much. It allows people like Micah to get a ridiculous comparison mindset
