Y'know, it's surprisingly helpful to watch a video of an artist actually drawing rather than just looking at the end results of their efforts. It's also weirdly relaxing

the way apprentices used to learn from their masters was observing them perform the craft from a young age, then attempting it themselves. its the most efficient way of passing on knowledge in a practical trade, which is unfortunately substituted by the hell that is the standard model of education.
