Hello. I get them from Ebay. You can search by your model number and sometimes find direct replacements. You can also get a bulk variety pack and usually find what you need in there. For this deck I think I used ones from a variety pack. It's not ultra critical to have the exact replacements just find a similar size that isn't too tight to cause the motor to bind up and isn't too loose to slip.

Mine shuts with a push but opens again when it goes in.
