Yes the pro version is really same as Vcds, I have both but use obd11 as it’s easier to use, and pre load options for you. Only it’s about 400 cheaper 😄
What’s up man, just bought a 2017 A4 premium. Was driving yesterday and I went to pass someone and my rpm locked at 3k, drive system malfunction came up on the dash then went away. Pulled over and turned off the car, restarted it, tried driving and it would go to about 3500rpm and it sounded like I had an exhaust on the car and the turbo was whistling super super loud, then it said start stop system malfunction. Complete loss of power anywhere above 2500 rpm.
@@brucecustommotors What is a value that does tell that there is a boost leak, i saw yours at 0.5, mine is 2.5, is that considered high? since it's a few times more than what you have.

I changed the pcv valve to after market better one, and i changed high pressure pump to hitachi the one you have. I still have air leak can you help me what to look for my audi is audi a5 2011 2.0tfsi ? Also how did you get 15 horsepower did you tune it or just installed it and got it? help me pls fast i need it i use the car often. Last thing i need is boost leak
Hey Bruce thanks for all ur info, my 2012 audi A5 is reading 2.2 at air leakage but before throttle body is good and after throttle body is also good checked with Obd11, is this ok..? or do I need check my charge pipe & throttle body...?
It’s not to bad, but overtime it will get bigger, it may be hard for you to notice the difference, people normally start noticing an impact. And get codes around 8% try tightening it aswell stay blessed 💪💪💪💪
@@brucecustommotors It’s coming along, but still sorting out handling issues. Have to take it in to check tie rods, end links, upper strut mounts and wheel bearings. As for tune, it’s a bit boggy when I drive so have to get shop to check into that. As for the tune, the shop wanted the K04 to be seated first before programming the 100 octane file. Should be good by next weekend.
My check engine light is on right do to gas cap I can feel that the car is under boost. But check your gas cap O-Ring it will definitely do that and I know that I still need to get a new gas cap for it to go out

Hi Bruce, i have 1.6 on the lwakage recognition , before throttle its - 1 after throttle its 0.999 can you tell me what to look for, do i need to take my throttle body out or the intake manifold? The value goes low slightly to 1.3kg
@@brucecustommotors @bruce, I think i might have fixed it, so my car hit 100000 miles, i decided to invest in a full service and get rid of the cheap chinese ebay pcv valve, I replaced it with a febi bielstien part which costs £63 instead of audi £105, its the new AH revision, immediately i checked the leakage and the values are much less, around 0.2kg and i get 0.000 on some of the values, ill check again tomorrow and let you know but i think that might have been the issue.

my leakage air is at 14 lb/hr but I did a smoke and boost leak test and found no leaks. what else could be causing this? I don't have any real issues

I never knew this way of doing it, i always looked at the specified vs actual boost + the n75 duty cycle.
