Installation wood flooring on the wall. How to install laminate flooring on a wall

- Hi Guys! Today i begin to install a wooden flooring on the wall.
I'll start the installation from the top of the wall.The plywood is already glued to the wall with pieces of 20 by20 inches.
Plywood is also fixed with screws. I leveled the plywood with a wood sander. Floorboards should get used to the humidity of the room where it will be installed.
It is better to choose boards of at least three packages then flooring will be uniform. I trying on the first boards of the top ROW.
Now with sanding paper i will adjust the board. The end side of the board also needs to be adjusted. Now i temporarily screw the wood board into place. I trying on the second board of the first ROW. I customize the wood board with a wood sander.Now i temporarily screw the second wood board of the first ROW.
I trying on the next board of the first ROW. I also customize this board. I also instal this wood board temporarily.
NOW using the aluminum profile,i check the flatness of the first ROW. If the first row is straight then everything will be fine in the future. I adjusted the first row to the ceiling and now it can be disassembled and install already on glue.
I spread the polyurethane glue evenly.I set the wooden board on glue. I need to press the board well to the surface. I screwed the screws into the wood board in advance and now attach it to the wall. I nail the top edge of the board with small copper studs. Butt end also fixed with a self-tapping screw.
NEXT i continue the installation of wooden boards on the principle. I fasten a wooden board with screws in INCREMENTS of 10 inches.
Need to use wooden boards of different lengths. I need to do that the end seams of the wooden planks are at least twelve inches apart.
Now i am drilling holes for electrical outlets.I grind a hole.I install the last row.I drill with a thin drill. There i'm hammering a nail. Since it is not hidden fasteners that place you need to pick the appropriate i chose a small tree knot.Ok.Let's see what i did!!!

Some videos show leaving an expansion gap on the top and sides of 3/16” or 5mm. Is this necessary?

Why did you start on the top? And why you glued the top row only?
Since adjoining parquet to the ceiling is more visible than adjoining parquet to the floor,this is a more responsible place .Therefore,I started collecting from above because the first row is easier to fit than the last row! And i glued all the rows of parquet!
@@constructionasahobby865 nice job. this is exactly what I had in mind but most of the videos start from the bottom. you were the only (smarter) one. in addition to better look on the top, it is easier to cover imperfections on the bottom using either baseboard or T-molding
Did you only put glue on your starting line or on every single plank?
But can you use nails with a pneumatic gun lntead of self tapping screws?
Yes,you can use nails,but self-tapping screws are better pressed.
Don’t you need to start from the bottom so it’s easier on your arm as well????
