In zoho books we have to select tax rate every time we create an invoice, it is error prone. On other hand in tally, we can define it while creating a inventory item, and in invoice it is calculated automatically, which is the right thing.

It is possible. Create account for each company. In each company add your email ID as a role of Admin. You will be able to login into zoho & select the organisation for which you want to work.
Yes, You need to subscribe to Zoho inventory seperately to access Zoho Inventory. If you use a common email for both Zoho books and Inventory, that would help you login to all features at one time.

ahmad Faiz Open the particular transaction and above it, you can see a logo of pen that symbolises edit. Tap it once and you can edit all the details of wrong expense entry. If your admin has not given you the rights to edit a transaction, it will prompt you to contact your admin.
