This is correct! Even though I swirl when I use this brush I know that this brush is used for only stippling, or better said that is the correct method

Thank you so much for this vlog!! I actually own this duo fiber sigma and I can't lie...I had no clue how tf to use it. I can't wait to stipple my foundation tomorrow with it. Also I bought a very dark burgundy/ plumby buxom blush that is just too damn dark and I avoid it..so I also can't wait to stipple that on to see if this brush sheers out the heaviness of the blush... you actually answered two of my dilemmas in this here and I appreciate the info
really nice video thanks. I loveeeeeee the stippling brush. I have like 4 of them because they are just so good for liquid foundation I find. Thanks for the tip about the blush, I haven't tried that but I will now. :)
I was using the Morphe m406 duo fiber foundation brush and it looks like this one. I was wondering why when I did circular motions it came out streaky. Imma try this now when I get ready for work!

If you use this with powder foundation, do you wet the stippling brush first or do you just stipple it into the powder and then stipple onto face??? Will the powder cling to the brush when stippling it into powder?? Is it true that stippling always applies a heavier coverage, or not??? Finally, how do you get your mineral powder foundation into the cap without it all falling into the cap??? Thanks
Yo!!! Whoa! I stippled my blush this morning and it looks awesome. So ty for helping me use expensive products of mine that I thought I couldn't use. I love the way my blush looks. Airbrushed and sheer just like you taught me
I use this brush for applying my blush it gives an airbrush effect👍

Sure, I will make a review on the whole Sigma Brush 12 complete Brush set soon. I will be focusing on Halloween in October, so you might have to wait till November... But in short, I really love Sigma's Duo Fiber Brush. One of the best ones I have used.
probably not it's probably a combination of a few things:
1. the brush might have a factory "error" and the bristles might be "sharper"
2. You could have "thinner and more sensitive skin"
my only advise is to try to use the brush with a lighter touch and see how it works.

mine is really soft and gentle... haven't heard anyone complain so far.. might be a factory error? !
Why is it important that a stippling brush is duo fiber? If it was only one fiber, would it be considered a different type of brush?

With soft synthetic bristles you apply foundation, the firm goat hair bristles keep it firm and in shape.

I heard this tip a long time ago and seriously it works you get such a nice subtle blush look that it's perfect for day wear :D
I don't know to be honest, but mine is normal soft.. not rough at all.. :S

I would say that 99% of them are good. There are some brushes that could be better :D
