the UK Border Agency (UKBA) announced changes in the procedure for obtaining a Tier 4 student visa.
Students applying for this type of visa can now be invited to a short video interview with UKBA representatives.
Experts from the INTO center, which prepares students for admission to British universities,
have developed recommendations for preparing for this interview.

What was the reason? Did you ask from them?
Please send me your refusal at application01@meridean.org along with your documents and will check what can be done.
Just tell them the truth, and give reason them reason for as to why it was rejected.
